Aimed at the difficulties that difficult treating process,low recovery rate of valuable metals and low valuable utilization degree of telluride copper slag produced by precipitated copper from acid leaching solution as well as the ventri slime produced by Kaldo smelting dust existed in copper anode slime Kaldo process.This paper takes semi-finished products such as ventri slime and telluride copper slag as research objects and preliminarily analyze the regular distribution of Te exist in copper anode slime treating process,bases on the rule develops the research of high valuable utilization of telluride copper slag and recover Te from ventri slime,proposes joint process of telluride copper slag and ventri slime,improves the copper anode slime Kaldo treating process.Through occurrence status analysis of various substances exist in Cu2 Te slag and determines the sulfuric roasting process,water leaching,alkali leaching,impurities removal and precipitation.It investigates the effect of the amount of sulfuric acid,time,temperature and oxygen content on roasting by mixing sulfuric acid and the slag.Results show that under the optimal conditions that the amount of sulfuric acid is 1.4 times of theoretical,time is 0.5 h,temperature is 450 ? and common oxygen content,the copper leaching rate is 65.53% while tellurium is 0.11%.Through phase analysis of leaching slag and select alkali leaching process recover tellurium.It investigates the impact of concentration of sodium hydroxide,time,temperature and liquid-solid ratio on leaching.Results show that under the optimal conditions that sodium hydroxide concentration is 100 g·L-1,time is 0.5 h,temperature is 60?,liquid-solid ratio is 5,the copper leaching rate is 8.00% while tellurium is 97.88%.The composition of ventri slime is complicated,through the occurrence status analysis of various substances and selects alkali leaching system.The impact of concentration of sodium hydroxide,time,temperature and liquid-solid ratio on leaching are investigated.Results show that under the optimal conditions of sodium hydroxide concentration is 60 g·L-1,time is 1h,temperature is 60 ?,liquid-solid ratio is 5,the leaching rate of tellurium is 96.10%.Under the optimal conditions using secondary alkali leaching process can effectively restrain the leaching rate of lead drop to 3.73% while tellurium leaching rate reaches 96.60%.Based on the optimal conditions carries on the industrial experiments of ventri slime treating process.The practical results show that the secondary alkali leaching process is environmental friendly and remarkable economy benefit.Dissolve the TeO2 product in sodium hydroxide solution and form Na2TeO3 used for electrolytic after element analysis of TeO2 product.Under the conditions that current intensity is 80 A·m-2,velocity of electrolytic is 30 mL·h-1,pole pitch is 5 cm and indoor temperature,the cathode Te product's purity reaches 99.70%,the current efficiency reaches 95.50%.This research aims at improving copper anode slime Kaldo treating process,developing high valuable utilization of Cu2 Te slag,recovering Te from ventri slime as well as set out a new joint process,it has a certain guiding signification.
