All the time,the detergent is urgently demanded not only in China but also in the whole world,and there are many kinds of.At present,green environmental protection,safe and efficient non phosphorus detergent is gradually entering the market,and will occupy a large proportion,so the detergent additives are increasingly high requirements,including detergent additives poly carboxylic acid salts of concern.This experiment adopts the water solution polymerization with maleic anhydride(MA)and acrylic acid(AA)as main monomers into hydrophilic copolymer,then hydrophobic and hydrophilic modification respectively by styrene(St)and methyl allyl sulfonate(SMAS),and then modified the excellent performance of the MA-AA-SMAS terpolymer by St,the aim is to synthesize a kind of two amphiphilic copolymer,finally,it explores the modification effect of the sodium p-styrene sulfonate(SSS)on the two amphiphilic copolymers,preparation of a washing agent on clay and carbon black stains antiredeposition good performance in system.The viscosity and solid content of polymer,the compatibility of polymer and the washing liquid substrates and the rate of increase of whiteness were used as the evaluation indexes,studied the effect of synthetic conditions on the decontamination effect of polymers and make a comprehensive evaluation on the effect of decontamination and anti redeposition.The main conclusions are as follows:1.By using maleic anhydride and acrylic acid as raw material for the synthesis of MA-AA copolymer,then investigated the compatibility of polymer and the washing liquid substrates and the improvement of the washing whiteness of the copolymer.The results show that the regulation of in(MA:AA),initiator potassium persulfate(KPS)dosage and molecular weight regulator twelve thiol(DDM)dosage can not solve the problems of the poor solubility of hydrophilic polymer and matrix and the poor retention of the whiteness.When n(MA:AA)?1:2,the whiteness retention effect of the MA-AA copolymer was better than that of the other molar ratio.The 5 whiteness difference of cotton fabric was about 17.77,and the whiteness of polyester fabric was about 7.82.The effect of initiator amount and the amount of twelve mercaptan on the ion chelating ability,clay dispersion force,chelating dispersion force was not obvious,but the comprehensive influence of the molecular weight,when they were used as monomer molar 5%,copolymer decontamination effect is relatively good.2.Choosing the best performance of MA-AA copolymer(n(MA:AA)=1:2)respectively modified by St hydrophobic modification and SMAS hydrophilic modification.the compatibility of polymer and the washing liquid substrates and whiteness retention of hydrophobic and hydrophilic modified copolymer were studied and compared.The results show that the hydrophobic modification of St does not improve the compatibility of polymer and the washing liquid substrates,but hydrophilic modification of SMAS can improve the compatibility of polymer and the washing liquid substrates and SMAS can reduce the molecular weight of copolymers;The properties of SMAS modified copolymer were superior to those of St modified copolymer,when SMAS replace the dosage of AA was higher than 10%,improve the whiteness of polyester cloth copolymer rate up to 28.8%-33.2%,the whiteness of cotton to improve the rate of 34%-38.1%.3.Choosing the best performance of MA-AA-SMAS terpolymer modified by St hydrophobic modification,then investigated the compatibility of polymer and the washing liquid substrates and the improvement of the washing whiteness of the copolymer.The MA and AA molar ratio of MA-AA-SMAS terpolymer apart are 1:2?1:4?1:8,the results show that SMAS replace the dosage of AA was 25%(the amount of SMAS in the total monomer molar amount is 22.2%),whether in the CX matrix or in the JJ matrix,the removal effect of clay particles on cotton fabric and polyester fabric is better,the increase rate of whiteness was higher than 10%,for clay stains on cotton,the increase rate of whiteness was 18%?27%,especially n(MA:AA)=1:8,washing effect of polymer on clay particles in JJ matrix more excellent;when SMAS replace the dosage of AA was 12.5%(the amount of SMAS in the total monomer molar amount is 11.1%),the effect of clay and carbon black particles is the best,among them,the whiteness of polyester carbon black system is especially prominent.4.By Styrene modifying the three-component copolymer of MA-AA-SMAS to form the two amphiphilic copolymer and then was carried out by SSS,be known by properties of copolymers,the copolymer has good compatibility with JJ matrix,but the compatibility with CX matrix was poor;from the effect of whiteness retention analysis,when SSS completely replaces St,the copolymer can reach the same performance as St content 12%;when SSS completely replaces SMAS,the effect of carbon black on the redeposition resistance was not affected,but it greatly reduces the re deposition of clay;It is concluded that the copolymer with good performance is composed of n(MA:AA)=1:8,the amount of SMAS in the total monomer molar amount is 11.1%,the amount of St in the total monomer molar amount is 11%,the amount of SSS in the total monomer molar amount is 11%when SSS and St are co-modified.
