With the application of digital mining technology,the level of mining design to a new height.In the design of open pit mine has achieved the optimal state of the parametric design.However,the mining design for underground mines is still largely dependent on experience in a two-dimensional plane.On the basis of the three-dimensional digital deposit model,this paper puts forward the algorithm principle and calculation step of the mining unit design of the underground mine according to the complicated and changeable situation of Chang'an gold ore body,and according to the development of the horizon division and ore block Computer program.Through the output of this program operation,colleagues with three-dimensional mining engineering software,we can achieve the horizon of the underground ore model division and ore block division of the automation and visualization.The core of this paper is to design the algorithm of ore block division in the vertical and horizontal spaces of complex orebodies.The ore body is divided according to the horizon and the ore blocks in two steps.The principle of the horizon segmentation algorithm is that the minimum calculation unit is the combination of the balance algorithm and the ore balance principle.Specifically,the ore body is first divided by a certain height of the minimum calculation unit,and then in accordance with the principle of ore balance on the minimum calculation unit for the order of combination;The principle of ore block division is the spatial segment unit division algorithm and the minimum length principle.Specifically,for a certain horizon,the first section of the continuous regional division,and then a continuous area of the ore body for the division of the spatial section,and finally complete the division of the ore block.In this paper,according to the actual geological data of Chang'an gold mine,the underground mining unit is divided with the developed program.According to the horizon of the division process divided a total of six horizon,respectively,the output of the horizon of the elevation,height value,the horizon of the amount of ore,the amount of metal and the smallest unit of each unit contains the amount of ore and other results;In the horizon of 1470,the horizon were divided into 16 ore blocks,and the results were as follows:output direction,length,inclination angle,average inclination angle,average thickness and average grade.
