This paper based on a large amount of related literature of metal mine ground pressure monitoring system and monitoring data of early warning technology.The system in this paper was constructed independently.Relying on the multivariate ground pressure monitoring system and early warning comprehensive multi factor model which based on the fuzzy mathematics theory,a large amount of statistical data of rock mass displacement and acoustic emission have been analyzed.This paper analyzed the characteristics and rules of the acoustic emission data of five monitoring points which were located in 1580 and 1530 middle part of the Zizou iron mine,and drew some conclusions.At last,the reliability of the comprehensive warning model was verified by taking points.The main research contents are as follows:1?Analyzed of the basic characteristics of the mine.Did some study on ground pressure disaster and rock failure mechanism in mine production,based on rock mass failure theory of the type of ground pressure.2?According to the characteristics of mine monitoring environment,This paper completed the work of design,development,construction,commissioning and installation of ground pressure disaster monitoring and early warning system;guaranteed the acoustic emission signal acquisition to real,continuous,reliable;based on the layout of the monitoring system arranged the monitoring points in the middle of the mine;completed the overall construction of the rock mass monitoring system.3?Calculated and analyzed the displacement and acoustic emission data of the system in the two middle part of the Zizou iron mine which was called 1530 and 1580;design of single factor early warning threshold;according to the actual production situation of the mine analyzed the AE event rate?energy rate?the rate of the AN/AT and the ?E/?T characteristic and the change rule.4?According to the theory of fuzzy mathematics,considered two factors of displacement and acoustic emission;established the fuzzy membership function of each factor;designed the rock mass displacement and acoustic emission threshold;constructed the early warning model of ground pressure disaster;and verified the reliability of the early warning model according to the algorithm of it.
