Hydraulic fracturing has become an important technical measure for the stimulation of oil and gas well,and the augmented injection of water injection well.Due to the complex fracturing condition,there is a lot of safety accidents,especially whether the extension of induced fracture is in accordance with design requirements,is a key factor affecting the success of fracturing.Therefore,to form a complete set of fracture real-time monitoring and warning technology,and design and develop the corresponding supporting fracture real-time monitoring and early-warning system,which can real-time monitor the fracturing condition and the fracture propagation conditions,make warning to the abnormal situation,realize that technical experts do not at well site but remotely monitor and real-time diagnose,has an important meaning for ensuring the quality of fracturing operation and improving the success rate of single well fracturing.So,on the basis of extensive researching the real-time monitoring status quo of fracturing at home and abroad,this paper in-depth studied the fracturing monitoring mechanism,put forward a kind of fracture monitoring and warning method which suited to the construction status of most domestic fracturing wells,and developed and integrated the supporting system.This paper obtained the following results:1.Based on the research of the fracture monitoring mechanism,this paper analyzed and evaluated the current domestic fracturing process,and determined the engineering parameters required for collection and monitoring by the remote real-time monitoring and warning system of fracturing construction.2.Analysis and study fracture extension model,using fracturing pressure analysis technology,summarized the pressure-time double logarithm curve slope warning model,and work out a one-to-one correspondence between the various extensions situations of fracturing cracks and the slope value range of pressure curve.3.Fracturing real-time warning system which be developed based on fracturing warning model,can combinate fracturing real-time construction data with the static geologic data of construction reservoir,and conclude the fracturing crack extension situation by calculation and analysis in real-time.4.Aim at current domestic fracturing data acquisition situation,fracturing data acquisition system has been developed to unified synchronization acquisition sensor data which distribute in each position of the field;Based on 3G wireless network transmission technology,remote data transmission system has been developed to return the field data base command center in real-time,and help the technical experts to understand the real-time construction site conditions.5.The fracturing monitoring and warning Cloud Database(Network Database)established by this system can unify store and manage a large number of multi-source heterogeneous data,and distribute application in command center and well site.6.The results of instance data of some wells show that the remote real-time monitoring and warning system of fracturing construction designed and developed in this paper runs stably and the warning system's accuracy is in good agreement with actual situation.As a result,the system can meet the requirements of monitoring and early warning on domestic fracturing operation.The remote real-time monitoring and warning system of fracturing construction designed and developed in this paper consists of real-time data acquisition,remote data transmission,real-time monitoring and early warning of fracturing,and fracturing data management.It provides a more intelligent and information decision support platform for domestic fracturing construction.This system has been widespread used in Huabei Oilfield of PetroChina,and it runs stably and will be constantly improved.
