Grinding is the most key link in ore dressing process,directly related to the processing capacity of ore production and the grinding quality of the product,the subsequent flotation index and even technical and economic indicators of the entire concentrator have an important impact.At present,the automatic control of grinding classification is mainly based on the stable operating parameters,and the given value of the control loop is still based on manual setting.The intelligent optimization control of grinding classification has been an international technical problem in the field of mineral processing.In this paper,the research of grinding classification in the three plant of Yuxi Hongshan iron mine is carried out.Firstly,this paper introduces the background significance of the grinding classification control system,analyzes the present situation,problems and development trend of the grinding classification control system at home and abroad.Analysis of the characteristics of field mechanism of the grinding classification system,put forward to improve the grinding control method of distributed optimization expert system for mine classification efficiency and energy consumption as the goal,based on the original automation systems,connection control expert system through the network server,and realizes the intelligent control of basic automation system.The architecture of distributed optimal control expert system is proposed,which is composed of a section of the expert system of grinding control optimization,the expert system of two section grinding control optimization and the cooperative control subsystem.Comprehensive analysis and control operation experience through a segment of the grinding classification system of grinding process control and grinding equipment of the main control parameters of the mechanism and a grinding system,put forward a method of optimizing control of grinding classification system;By analyzing the mechanism and characteristics of the two period of grinding process,and the main parameters of the cyclone and the two stage grinding control and comprehensive analysis of the ore control experience optimization system,put forward the control method of optimization of two stage grinding and classification system;Based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism of the two stage grinding classification,this paper presents a cooperative control method of the expert system for optimizing the two stage grinding classification;The software function module of distributed expert system for grinding and classification is designed.The control expert system communicates with the PLC of the basic automation system by OPC,and optimizes the parameters of the grinding classification process by changing the given value of the control loop of the basic automation system.The grinding and classification results of the dissertation have been successfully applied in Yuxi Dahongshan Iron three plant,improve the grinding efficiency,stable product quality and increase the grinding energy consumption,has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
