Molecularly imprinted microextraction,which combines the advantages of molecular imprinting technique and microextraction technique,is an effective sample preparation method.Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)have the advantages of high selectivity,strong anti-interference ability,little volume of sample and low comsumption of organic solvent.It can be used to enrich trace analytes from complex samples.In this paper,the characteristics of molecularly imprinted materials,such as application principle,preparation methods and characterization methods were introduced.The applications of prepared MIPs using estradiol,bisphenol F,p-nitrophenol as template molecules were studied in depth.The main contents are as follows:1.The preparation and application of estradiol(E2)molecularly imprinted monolithic materials:E2 molecularly imprinted monolithic materials were prepared by in situ polymerization.The surface morphology and extraction properties of the molecularly imprinted polymer were investigated,and the extraction conditions of MIP monolithic materials were optimized.The method of E2 molecularly imprinted materials coupled with high performance liquid chromatography was established.The linear range is 0.5-50 ?g/L,and the detection limit is 0.1 ?g/L(S/N=3).The method was used for three kinds of estrogen ananlysis in two kinds of water samples.The recoveries were 68.22%-102.52%and 67.65%-103.72%%,and the RSDs were 3.18%-6.43%and 2.43%-5.70%(n=5).respectively.2.The preparation and application of bisphenol F(BPF)dummy template molecularly imprinted monolithic materials:The dummy template molecularly imprinted monolithic materials were prepared by using BPF as dummy template molecule.The surface morphology and extraction properties of the molecularly imprinted polymer were investigated.And the extraction conditions of MIP monolithic materials were optimized.The method for the determination of BPA by BPF-MIP microextraction coupled with HPLC was established.The linear range is 0.01-15 ?g/L(r=0.9998),and the detection limit is 0.003 ?g/L(S/N=3).The method was used for BPA analysis in two kinds of water samples.The recoveries were 65.56%-88.84%and 70.48-87.06%,and the RSDs were 2.15%-8.93%and 1.30%-8.21%,respectively.3.The preparation and its application of ?-CDs molecularly imprinted solid phase microextraction coating:the molecularly imprinted solid phase microextraction coating was prepared by using p-nitrophenol as the template molecule and novel derivative cyclodextrins as the functional monomer.The surface morphology and extraction properties of the molecularly imprinted polymer were investigated.And the extraction conditions of MIP were optimized.The method for the determination of 4-NP by MIP couple with HPLC was established.The linear ranges are 10-200 pg/L,and the detection limit of nitrophenol is 3 ?g/L,and the detection limit of bisphenol A is 1.5 ?g/L;The recoveries of p-nitrophenol,o-nitrophenol,m-nitrophenol and bisphenol A were 88.17%-104.54%,and the RSDs were 0.54%-8.28%,respectively.
