As the global economy enters a modest growth pattern,the oil price falls by 60%because the market demand is insufficient.The oil industry is trembling by the price declines.All the oil companies begin seeking ways out.How to decrease the oil and gas production cost has becoming an increasingly interested problem by the oil companies.Today,drilling liner cementing is the most commonly used method of deep well cementing.It can reduce the load for drilling rigs during the casing running,reduce the casing head's load after cementing,reduce the difficulty of underground working,improve the underground hydrologic condition,and the most important is it can reduce cost.Accordingly,it has a higher reference value.In this paper,oil-gas exploitation techniques,theory of mechanics and modern design theory are integrated.Use the modern mechanical design method,adopting theory analysis,simulation affirmation and trial adjustment adjustment methods.The behavioral studies and optimization design of the Y440 packer-hanger have carried out.As a new type of liner cementing tools,Y440 packer liner-hanger could seals the annular efficiently and prevents oil,gas and water migration during liner hangers.The research work is supported by the cooperation project(The research of fracturing tools which is used in the 139.7mm wellbore's multi-stage sliding sleeve-packer)of Southwest Petroleum University and Zhongyuan Oilfield Down Hole Service Company.This paper studied the questions as follows:(1)The research contents and methods were maked which based on the review of related literatures investigate and analyze the major problems of the packer-hanger.Then establish three-dimensional solid models of Y440 packer-hanger.Accomplish the structure assembly and interference inspection.Use the method of theoretical calculation to analysize the reliability of packer-hanger's main components.(2)Through the indoor experimental research of setting system and the computer simulation devise the most optimum architecture which can provide sufficient anchorage force and the minimum damage of casing.Through the analysis and comparison found the regular of slips' hardness,casing grade and casing thickness to slips' anchoring capability.(3)Use the finite element analysis method to analyze the packer-hanger's containment system and optimize the rubber structure.Research the law of different temperatures,different frictions,different payloads and penetration structure impact on the contact stress of the rubber.Reveal the working behavior of rubber under different conditions.In conclusion,the results can provide theoretics support and research methods for the further optimization of Y440 packer-hanger and new packer-hanger design.It played an active role in improve the packer-hanger's effectiveness and the success rate for well cementation.
