At present,the perforation-test combination and the perforation-completion combination are relatively advanced operating technologies.In the course of operation,the sealing and positioning failure of the packer is often caused by the impact of perforating bomb.For perforation and test combination process,perforation completion and joint operation and deep penetration perforation packer seal and positioning performance analysis,considering the packer is long and narrow casing and tubing string under the boundary constraints,the characteristics of the combination of theoretical analysis and finite element simulation method,analysis of perforating detonation packer under the action of load,on the basis of the charge detonation load data,establishing simplified model of the packer setting conditions,under the action of the detonation packer sealing performance and positioning performance.By means of theoretical analysis and ANSYS AUTODYN program simulation,the load of the packer under perforation detonation is studied.The results show that the peak pressure near the packer under perforation detonation reaches 100 MPa.By means of theoretical analysis and ANSYS-LSDYNA simulation,the dynamic response of the key seal and positioning element of the packer under perforation detonation was obtained.The results showed that the maximum contact stress between the packer rubber barrel and casing under perforation detonation was 31.547 MPa,and the maximum equivalent stress of the rubber barrel was 36.465 MPa.The maximum contact stress between slips and casing is 842.20 MPa,and the maximum equivalent stress of slips is 3700.5 MPa.The maximum equivalent stress of hydraulic anchor is 1780.9 MPa.The above research shows that the perforating bomb forces the working fluid to move away from the starting point,and after the pressure wave is reflected,superimposed and offset,the peak pressure at the packer end is close to the value of the maximum pressure point in the perforating fluid.Under the action of perforation detonation,the rubber cylinder of key sealing element of packer is easy to be damaged due to excessive equivalent stress.The stress concentration of the key positioning element slips and the hydraulic anchor will occur under perforation impact,which will easily affect the positioning performance of the packer due to the shearing of the anchor claw.
