Natural polysaccharides have good biomass properties,while membrane materials and porous materials have good structural properties.When natural polysaccharides are prepared into composite membrane materials and composite porous materials,the biomass properties of natural polysaccharides can be combined with the structural properties of membrane materials and porous materials,so as to achieve the purpose of improving its performance,but also improve the application value.In this paper,natural polysaccharide composite membrane materials and porous materials were prepared by using sodium alginate,konjac glucomannan(KGM)and carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as raw materials.In this paper,sodium alginate / KGM composite membrane was prepared by physical blending.The structure and morphology of the composite membrane were characterized FT-IR and SEM.By comparing the mechanical properties,moisture absorption and moisture retention of the composite membrane with different ratio,the optimum ratio is 3.2: 0.9.At this time,the breaking strength of the composite membrane can reach 67.02 MPa,the water absorption and water retention rate are 268.96% and 112.04%,respectively.The absorption rate of physiological saline and artificial plasma are 1442.34% and 576.24%,respectively.The sodium alginate / KGM / CMC composite membrane materials were prepared by the same method,and their structures and morphologies were characterized.By comparing the mechanical properties,moisture absorption and moisture retention of the composite membrane with different ratio,the optimum ratio of the three is 3.2: 0.4: 0.4.At this time,the breaking strength of the composite membrane can reach 46.16 MPa,the water absorption and water retention are 503.28% and 356.72%,respectively.And the absorption rate of physiological saline and artificial plasma are 3377.53% and 2258.71%,respectively.And then the alginate /KGM composite porous material was prepared by the method of physical blending and freeze drying.The structure and morphology of the composite porous materials were characterized by FT-IR and SEM.It was found that the porosity of the composite porous material was more than 90%,the pore size was 100?m~200?m,the single pore was round or flat,and the whole was honeycomb.By comparing the mechanical properties,moisture absorption and moisture retention of the composite materials with different ratio,the optimum ratio is 3.2: 0.9,and the glycerol content was 4%.At this time,the breaking strength of the composite membrane can reach 0.19 MPa,the water absorption and water retention rate are 1886.94% and 662.04%,respectively.The sodium alginate / KGM / CMC composite porous materials were prepared by the same method,and their structures and morphologies were characterized.It was found that the composite porous material had uniform distribution and good connectivity,the gap width was 100?m~200?m,and the whole distribution was layered.By comparing the mechanical properties,moisture absorption and moisture retention of the composite porous materials with different ratio,the optimum ratio of the three is 3.2: 0.3: 0.4.At this time,the breaking strength of the composite porous material can reach 0.21 MPa,the water absorption and water retention are 1621.32% and 552.65%,respectively.
