The inverter arc welding power source is widely used in the national production and life.Common inverter arc welding power source on the market with analog control and hard switch has many faults,such as the poor efficiency,poor reliability and lack of the flexibility.In view of the disadvantages on inverter arc welding power source on the market,the digital control and soft switch will be researched deep to eliminate the above problems in this paper.It is significant to improve welding technology and energy conservation and environmental protection concept.Based on phase-shift full bridge circuit topology,this paper adopts and analyses a new type of full bridge soft switching circuit topology.The circuit topology by connecting the saturation inductance to the blocking capacitor,realizes the advanced bridge arm on and off at zero voltage and the lag bridge arm on and off at zero current.By combining with the condition to realizing ZVZCS of main circuit,I have design the main circuit and calculate the key components.The soft switch is realized,and the loss is reduced in the circuit open and shut off,and the circulation in the loop is reduced.The topology circuit has been simulated,and it verifies the feasibility and correctness of the design.The control system of the design adopts the fuzzy PI correction system based on voltage.The detailed fuzzy rule is formulated.The control system can effectively control the voltage of inverter arc welding power source,and uses the P controller with the limit of current peak as the current inner ring to restrict current of the main component.The control system has been simulated,and compares with the traditional arc welding power system.The superiority of the control system is proved.In order to improve the system flexibility,the design adopts TMS320F28335 as the core of the digital control system.And some hardware circuits have been designed in this paper,such as the sampling circuit of voltage and current,drive circuit,protective circuit and so on.And the principle and process of circuit is analyzed.What's more,the software design idea of the system has been expounded,and the control program flowcharts have been written in this paper.
