Research On The Emission Reduction Benefits Of The Establishment Of Low-emission Vehicles In Shenzhen

With the rapid increase in car ownership and mileage,motor vehicle exhaust pollution has become one of the major pollution sources in many large cities and abroad.In recent years,in order to prevent and control pollution,many foreign cities have set up a "low-emission zones of motor vehicles," typical representatives of London,Berlin,Milan and so on.And Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and other first-tier cities in China are also gradually began to set the planning of low-emission zones,and gradually introduced the relevant policies.To further improve the atmospheric environment in Shenzhen,improve the quality of life of residents,in 2015,the Shenzhen Municipal Government proposed in the city crowded,environmentally sensitive,air quality is not up to standard zones designated "low-emission zones of motor vehicles." Based on the international successful experience and lessons,this paper puts forward the scheme of Shenzhen low emission area from the aspects of setting range,realization way and mode of operation,and analyzes the situation of Shenzhen low The challenges and countermeasures of the discharge area setting.In addition,this paper uses AnyLogic simulation software and MOVES multi-scale emission software to establish the model system of fusion traffic simulation model and exhaust emission model.We selected the virtual simulation road network as the research object,and measured the emission of motor vehicle exhaust before and after the establishment of low emission area,and further predicted the emission reduction efficiency of low emission area.This paper puts forward the scheme of low emission area in Shenzhen,and establishes the traffic model and emission model for the road network,and estimates the emission reduction efficiency of Shenzhen low emission area.The setting of the low-emission area provides a reference,which has important practical and theoretical significance.
