Research On Life Cycle Cost Management Of Waste Treatment Projects

With the increase of domestic waste,the demand for waste treatment industry is getting higher and higher.Many garbage dumps are not working well.The main reason is lack of effective cost management system.Therefore,how to reduce the cost of the waste treatment industry project is an urgent problem to be solved.To reduce costs,enterprises can develop,in order to improve market competitiveness.At present,there is little experience on the introduction of life cycle cost management of waste disposal project.It is still in the initial stage.This paper takes a waste disposal project as an example,from the perspective of the life cycle cost angle,and sums up the waste disposal method of project cost management and experience,providing references and suggestions for other similar construction projects.This article aims at the present situation of cost management research in waste treatment engineering project,and takes life cycle cost management as the breakthrough point.Analysis of factors affecting the cost of decision-making stage,design stage,construction stage,project investment and operation stage,and the influence of different factors on the life cycle cost of the project.Implement the cost to control of the various stages of the project.By using the theory and method of life cycle cost management,in-depth analysis and thinking of the garbage disposal project cost structure.Combined with the project example,using life cycle cost theory to analyze the project.According to the actual situation,carefully analyze the reasons and find out the countermeasures.Finding out the effective cost control method for waste disposal project.Analyzing the cost structure,controlling it and put forward some reasonable suggestions.This article has certain theoretical guidance.
