H Petrochemical Company's Residue Hydrotreating Unit Project Construction Management Research

In recent years,with the falling prices of international crude oil and rising requirements to domestic environmental protection,domestic oil refining enterprises have suffered larger impact,thus forcing them add construction investment to improve the quality of the product unit.The main purpose of the paper is aimed at the status quo of construction management for petrochemical projects.Combined with the concrete construction of petrochemical plants,four major aspects are studied from the construction technology,quality,progress and cost.The mature theory and method of project management and construction management of petrochemical units are combined to explore the process of petrochemical project construction management and effective measures with the aid of computer management software.First,this paper introduces the present situation of project construction management,and the concept and common methods of petrochemical project construction.Next this paper takes residue hydrotreating unit as an example,mainly introduces the initial planning in petrochemical project construction and the key links during the construction control process,including project organization,project construction management process,resources deployment of the project construction,schedule of project construction and the application of the earned value method in engineering practice,etc.It introduces the assisted functions of computer management system in modern petrochemical project construction,including choosing key lines,adjusting resource,improving the information management,choosing quality control points and analyzing cost of construction.Finally,this paper summarizes experience of construction management of the residue hydrotreating unit from the aspects of quality,progress and cost,analyzes the effect of computer management in the construction management,and prospects the research prospect of construction management of the petrochemical project.
