In recent years,more attention paid to the energy tension,but our country is a high energy consumption country,solve the crisis is not only for exploring new way,more important is how to saving.At present,the vast majority of public buildings and private homes are widely used in large-scale glass windows and glass curtain walls in china,and the traditional building glass insulation effect is poor,which will inevitably increase the air conditioning power consumption.Nanometer Lanthanum hexaboride?LaB6?is a new kind of important inorganic insulation functional material,it can block near-infrared light with wavelength of 7501400nm,and has obvious absorption and scattering effect on near-infrared radiation in sunlight and also has a high light transmission.It is prepared to stabilize the slurry,and mixed with water-based resin prepared into a transparent insulation coating on the glass,so as to reduce building energy consumption effectively.This paper focuses on the following aspects to carry out research work:?1?The Nano-scale lanthanum hexaboride?LaB6?insulation slurry were prepared by grinding-ultrasonic method.The effects of dispersing medium,dispersing agent,dispersing method,grinding time,ultrasonic time and powder content on the stability of LaB6 dispersion and so on were studied.And by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometer?UV-VIS?,scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,X-ray diffraction?XRD??fouier transform infrared spectroscopy?FTIR??atomic force microscopy?AFM?,wide angle static dynamic synchronous laser scattering particle size analyzer?DLS?,transmission electron microscopy?TEM?,ultraviolet visible near infrared spectroscopy?UV-VIS-IR?and other equipment for the preparation of nano-LaB6 dispersion,and to explore the mechanism of modification.Optimize the test process parameters and combined with the corresponding influencing factors.The best conditions of preparing Nanometer LaB6 insulation slurry by grinding-ultrasonic method were as follows: the dispersion medium was anhydrous ethanol,5% of PVP as dispersants?it's percentage of powder content was 5%?,the LaB6 powder of 5%,grinding time was 6h,ultrasound time was 15 min,it can be successfully prepared stable LaB6 insulation slurry and the particle diameter of about 100 nm.?2?A transparent insulating LaB6 coatings were prepared by mechanical blending the water-based polyurethane with nanometer LaB6 insulation slurry and a certain amount of additives.The effects of film-forming resin and nanometer LaB6 dispersion on the stability of insulating coatings were studied.The experimental results show: when using the waterborne polyurethane resin as the film form,and the volume ratio of nanometer LaB6 insulation slurry was 5:100 and coatings stability is best.The particle size of the LaB6 particles in the coating is about 145 nm,which is slightly larger than that in the dispersion.?3?The basic properties of transparent insulation LaB6 coating were studied: mechanical,optical and thermal insulation properties.The results show : when using the waterborne polyurethane resin as the film form,and the volume ratio of nanometer LaB6 insulation slurry was 0.05 / 1,the curing temperature was 100 ° C,the curing time was 2h,the coating hardness can reach 4H,the adhesion is 0 grade and the water resistance is good;the visible light transmittance of the coating is more than 70%,the near infrared interference rate of 60% or more and UV blocking rate is more than 60% as well.In summary,the number of coating layers is 1,the overall performance of the coating is the most excel e nt.
