With the continuous development of the economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,the global energy demand is increasing year by year.Energy saving and emission reduction have also become the only way for the sustainable development of society.Building energy saving is one of the important measures of energy conservation.In recent years,the thermal insulation and energy-saving technology based on the building envelope has been developed and applied rapidly.Among them,the reflective thermal insulation coating has received more and more attention and application due to its excellent thermal insulation performance and easy construction characteristics.In order to solve the heat insulation problem of the roof of the steel structure industrial plant,this paper first developed a white reflective thermal insulation coating with good thermal insulation performance on the basis of acrylate emulsion base,and on this basis,tried to develop a color reflective thermal insulation coating,To enrich people's demand for reflective insulation coatings.In this paper,a white reflective heat-insulating coating was prepared by using acrylate emulsion as the resin base,titanium dioxide,hollow glass microspheres,and hollow ceramic microspheres as functional pigments and fillers.The experiment uses infrared spectroscopy,UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer,thermal conductivity meter,self-built thermal insulation testing equipment,and the structure and coating performance of three emulsions of pure acrylic,silicon acrylic,and styrene-acrylic in reference to relevant national standards.The thermal insulation performance and basic performance of the coating film have been tested and analyzed.The results show that the performance of pure acrylic emulsion and the prepared coating is superior to the coating film hardness,adhesion,drying rate and thermal insulation effect.Silicone-acrylic and styrene-acrylic emulsions are suitable as emulsion base materials for reflective insulation coatings,and the best thermal insulation effect can be obtained when the mass fraction is 20%.The sedimentation method was used to examine the dispersion effect of different dispersants on pigments and fillers,and it was found that the dispersion effect of dispersant C was significantly better than that of dispersants A and B.At the same time,the thermal insulation effect of four different types of titanium dioxide was also investigated.The results show that the thermal diffusion coefficients of the coatings prepared by Altiris-550 are the largest.According to the result of thermal insulation test,coatings prepared with IR1000 whose particle size distribution is 550~850 nm show the best thermal insulation effect,and the thermal insulation temperature difference can reach 6.1 ?.The thesis carried out single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments on the pigments and fillers such as titanium dioxide,hollow glass beads,hollow ceramic microspheres,talc and heavy calcium.The results show that when the amount of titanium dioxide is 12%,the amount of hollow glass microspheres is 5%,the amount of hollow ceramic microspheres is 1%,the amount of talc powder is 9%,and the amount of heavy calcium is 11%,the thermal insulation temperature difference of the coating can reach 6.7 ?,which is significantly better than the thermal insulation temperature difference of a certain brand of reflective thermal insulation coating on the market.At the end of the thesis,red,yellow,blue and green near-infrared reflective pigments were used to prepare a series of colorful reflective thermal insulation coatings.The UV-Vis-NIR reflection spectrum,thermal diffusivity,thermal insulation temperature difference and basic properties of the coating film were tested and the test results were compared.The results show that the heat reflection ability of the reflective heat-insulating coatings of different colors increases with the increase of the amount of pigment;the heat-insulating temperature difference of blue,green,red and yellow paints reaches 4.6 ?,4.1 ?,3.5 ? and 3.7 ?.The heat reflection ability and heat insulation effect of color coatings are not as good as white coatings,but through further research on functional pigments,there is still a good application prospect.
