The low permeability reservoir in Nanpu offshore area of Hebei Province has the characteristics of high temperature,poor physical property and changeable fracture development.After its production,the amount of liquid is low,so it is necessary to carry out fracturing transformation to improve the single well fluid volume.At present,the fracturing production is mainly hydraulic fracturing,and the water base fracturing fluid uses guar gum and its modified derivatives as thickening agent,which has the problems of low temperature resistance,weak carrying capacity of suspended sand,damage of broken rubber residue,etc.,so it is not conducive to deep well construction.In view of the problems such as large temperature span(90?170?),different reservoir sensitivity and porosity and permeability in low permeability reservoir,the following work has been done in this paper:(1)The mineral composition of Nanpu beach reservoir is analyzed,and fracturing fluid damage test is carried out.The performance requirements of fracturing fluid in Nanpu beach reservoir are summarized,which can provide theoretical basis for the selection of suitable fracturing fluid system for various reservoirs.(2)The small molecule polymer fracturing fluid has been evaluated from thickener thickening test,anticorrosive experiment,temperature and shear resistance,rheology parameter determination and static filtration test.Its performance is well in all aspects,and the effect of field application is remarkable.(3)The rheological properties,temperature resistance,surface tension and anti swelling ratio of low concentration guar gum fracturing fluid system were evaluated.Hydroxypropyl guanidine gum 0.3%was used as thickener.(4)The crosslinking properties,shear properties,residue content and gel breaking properties of high temperature guar gum fracturing fluid were evaluated,and the fracturing fluid formulations at 160 and 170 degrees of temperature were optimized for three crosslinking agents JD-120A,RF-80B and ZCY-10.(5)The formulation of high-temperature synovial water system and comprehensive performance evaluation were systematically carried out.The formulation of the system was determined.The rheological properties,interfacial tension,anti-swelling rate,drop resistance rate and core damage rate of high-temperature smooth water system were evaluated.The small molecular polymer fracturing fluid,low concentration,high temperature fracturing fluid fracturing fluid and high temperature slippery water applied to the scene,the scene construction smoothly,degradation of fluid and formation water compatibility is good,the effect of increase in yield.The stability of fracturing fluid provides technical support for fracturing process optimization.
