Astragalus armour glycosides can regulate blood viscosity reduce thrombosis,so as to achieve lower blood pressure and protect the heart,the purpose of a back injury of free radicals,cancer prevention,anti-aging,improve hypoxia,enhance immunity function.In yulin guangxi province were investigated based on the root of remembranous milk vetch yinpian?producing area,gansu province,and bao tong Chinese medicine yinpian co,LTD,production?as raw material,with astragalus glycosides content for clues,supercritical CO2 extraction,accelerated solvent extraction method and reduced pressure within the boiling method,the optimum extraction process conditions,three methods compared with type extraction respectively,to determine the best extraction method.Then by using the method of optimizing process to extract effective components of radix astragali,USES the wet legal system grain of astragalus particles prepared by and evaluate its quality.?1?Soxhlet extraction method from astragalus extract astragalus glycosides,respectively by HPLC ELSD and HPLC-CAD method determination of the content of astragalus armour glycosides in the same sample,the results showed that the HPLC ELSD and HPLC-CAD can accurately and reliably to content determination of astragalus armour glycosides,HPLC-CAD has higher sensitivity and reproducibility,so using electrospray test analysis of astragalus membranaceus methyl glucoside content in radix astragali.?2?Astragalus extraction by supercritical CO2 extraction of astragalus glycosides.With different concentrations of ethanol?50%,60%,70%,80%?as an entrainer,in the case of other conditions unchanged,to extract content determination,the results with concentration of 70%ethanol as entrainer extract astragalus armour glycosides have the highest rate.With concentration of 70%ethanol as an entrainer,the main factors affecting the extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time and velocity of four factors in the orthogonal experiment,the results showed that the supercritical CO2 extract astragalus astragalus armour glycosides in yinpian optimization conditions as follows:70%ethanol as an entrainer,40 MPa extraction 50 ?
