China petroleum xinjiang oilfield produced annually water-based drilling tens of thousands of square,solid and liquid wastes as drilling area in China petroleum xinjiang oilfield belong to more environmentally fragile areas,such as desert,gobi destruction,once a few years,even decades are hard to recover.New\"environmental law\" after carrying out 2015,China petroleum xinjiang oilfield began experimenting with water-based drilling solid liquid waste not fall to the ground processing technology,xinjiang department of environmental protection is to formulate relevant management measures,guide the water-based drilling solid liquid waste disposal reduction,reduction,harmless and resource utilization,promote the oil field of cleaner production.This paper aims to study the China petroleum xinjiang oilfield drilling,solid and liquid wastes not fall to the ground processing in industrial application has a good prospect of promotion.This paper research the present situation of research and application of domestic and foreign similar technology,according to the commonly used water-based drilling fluid system and the characteristics of waste,xinjiang oilfield adopts dry sieve and frequency centrifuge brought forward,and the key equipment of water-based liquid solid waste while drilling solid-liquid separation,liquid recycle and harmless,classification management of the overall train of thought.Mainly finished the following work:(1)Iindoor experiment screened water-base drilling solid waste solidification formula:0.3%?0.5%broken stabilizing agent + 0.05%?0.2%flocculant oxidant + 0.2%?0.2%Oxidizing agent +10%?15%compound with curing agent,compound with curing agent was 45%cement + 36%Coal ash +19%agent A.Water-base drilling liquid waste processing as a result of dry sieve,high-frequency centrifuge repeated below density of 1.07 g/cm3,supplementary treatment agent,after repeated cycle applications.On-site wastewater add 0.5%flocculant C + 0.5%flocculant D + 0.05%anionic polyacrylamide,through pipeline dosing,3000 r/min under centrifugal homework,can reach national\"integrated wastewater discharge standard\"(GB8978-1996)level 3 emission standards.(2)Screening the key equipment:screw conveyor selection LS355,LS305,WLS305,choose a solid&liquid separation equilibrium elliptic vibrating screen,G:8.5 G.Double amplitude:6 mm(long axis of the ellipse trajectory),secondary solid&liquid separation type choosing frequency DC450L-VFDS settlement of horizontal spiral discharge centrifuge,automatic curing device selection biaxial agitation modes.(3)After test over 50 Wells,all can reach the solid-liquid separation,solid phase,curing liquid recycle functions,such as processing power more than 15 m3/h,and meet the demand of xinjiang oil field drilling,not present drilling time,drilling fluid performance,and so on and so forth,equipment operation is stable and achieves the expected design requirements.In addition,according to the characteristics of the development well well focused,design a set of 20 Wells and drilling lever mounted operations,the focus can better handle costs,reduce unit is well concentrated block water-based drilling solid liquid waste not fall to the ground handling the development direction of industrialization promotion.
