Polysulfonated drilling fluid is widely used in drilling and production in Sichuan and Chongqing area,resulting in serious pollution to the environment caused by waste polysulfonate drilling fluid.Therefore,the research of harmless treatment technology of waste polysulfonate drilling fluid is particularly important.In this study,we take the waste polysulfonate drilling fluid in Sichuan Chongqing area as the research object,mainly from the aspects of drilling fluid colloid stability evaluation method,drilling fluid solid-liquid separation technology,and the harmless treatment technology of drilling fluid liquid-solid and solid phase after separation.The multiple scattering technology is applied in drilling fluid stability evaluation,using the stability coefficient of TSI,and combined with the means of Zeta potential measurement,quantitatively analyzing the impact on the stability of colloid treatment agent poly sulfonated drilling fluid,and its mechanism.The sulphonated asphalt mainly influences the stability of the system by changing the viscosity(steric hindrance).FA-367+XY-27 and SMP-2+SMC mainly affect the system stability by changing the Zeta potential,while SPNH changes the viscosity and Zeta potential simultaneously to affect the stability of the system.The gel breaking effect of different gel breaker on polysulfonate drilling fluid was analyzed by drilling fluid stability evaluation method,and the conditions affecting the gel breaking effect were optimized.An organic amine M with good gel breaking effect and a flocculant nonionic polyacrylamide with good flocculation effect were obtained.In order to get the best gel breaking flocculation effect,the dilution ratio of waste polysulfonate drilling fluid is 1 times,the best gel breaking pH is about 6,and 0.25%of quicklime is needed for pretreatment.The liquid phase of waste polysulfonate drilling fluid after solid-liquid separation was analyzed by ion analysis.It was found that the liquid phase belonged to sodium bicarbonate type,the total mineralization degree was less than 5000 mg/L,the total content of calcium and magnesium ions was less than 300 mg/L,and the accumulation effect of metal ions was slow.The liquid phase is used for drilling fluid reuse.It is found that waste polysulfonate drilling fluid can be used to dilute waste drilling fluid or reconstitute drilling fluid,so as to realize harmless treatment of waste polysulfonate drilling fluid.The microbial EM bacteria,O-LJ bacteria,O-CY pyrolysis oil degrading bacteria and enzymes on Petrochemical Petro-Zyme for city sludge treatment polysulfonate are used to handle with the drilling fluid solid phase separation after treatment,finding that pollution in the solid phase after 28 days were decreased to meet the standard of discharging,so as to realize the harmless treatment of poly drilling fluid solid waste.
