| The up-converting luminescent material is a luminescent material that emits short wavelengths under excitation of long wavelengths.Most of them belong to rare earth doped inorganic materials,such as Yb3+/Er3+co-doped Y2O3,NaYF4,etc.The up-converting luminescent material can emit different colors of visible light under the excitation of infrared light.Rare earth ion-doped upconversion luminescent materials have a wide range of applications in three-dimensional display,optical data storage,medical diagnostics,sensors,lasers,and optical amplifiers,and have been widely studied in the past decades.In this dissertation,SrF2 up-conversion luminescent materials doped with Yb3+/Er3+,Yb3+/Tm3+and Tm3+/Er3+/Yb3+were prepared by high-temperature solid-state method,and Mn4+/Er3+co-doped SrAlF5 phosphors were prepared by co-precipitation method.They systematically discussed and analyzed their up-conversion luminescence characteristics and applications.The details are as follows:Yb3+/Er3+double doped SrF2 strong green light upconverting phosphor prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method,Yb3+/Tm3+double doped SrF2 strong blue light upconverting phosphor,and Tm3+/Er3+/Yb3+triple doped SrF2 The strong white light upconverts the observations of the phosphor.The luminescence properties of SrF2:Yb3+,Er3+and Tm3+under 980 nm excitation were studied in detail.The NIR excitation temperature sensing characteristics based on green up-conversion emission from Er3+were deliberately studied over a wide temperature range.In addition,by monitoring the internal heat at 980 nm laser pump power,potential applications of the prepared sample in optical heating were also investigated.A series of Mn4+/Er3+co-doped SrAl F5 phosphors were prepared by coprecipitation.The 705 nm upconversion emission of Er3+sensitized Mn4+was obtained for the first time under 980 nm laser excitation.In addition,the mutual energy transfer mechanism between Mn4+and Er3+ions was studied in detail. |
