With the development of science and technology and economy,people's awareness of environmental protection has been increasing,and more and more attention has been paid to environmental issues,especially the impact of environmental pollution on people's lives.In the face of increasingly serious environmental problems,countries around the world have actively put forward various programs to reduce the impact of environmental pollution.In many environmental pollution sources,the pollution caused by the chemical industry is particularly serious.In order to reduce the harm of the environment caused by the chemical industry,scientists proposed the concept of green chemistry,aiming to control the pollution from the source.It is that we select green renewable non-polluting raw materials and production methods and design a reasonable catalyst to minimize the possibility of reducing raw materials.At the same time,it is possible to decrease the emergence of waste and by-products.Through the design of solid-phase catalysts instead of homogeneous catalysts,we can achieve the purpose of recycling catalyst,and further reducing the pollution.The acid-catalyzed reaction is an important chemical reaction.Compared with the traditional liquid acids,solid acids have the advantages of small corrosiveness,easy separation,and easy activation and regeneration.Ordered mesoporous materials have the characteristics of uniform pore size,orderly arrangement,and continuous pore diameter adjustment in the range of 2 to 50 nm,making it an important carrier for the preparation of solid acids.On the one hand,it has a large specific surface area,an ordered pore structure,and allows the catalytic active sites to be uniformly distributed on the surface of the carrier;on the other hand,the mesoporous polymer material has the advantages of good chemical stability and does not participate in the reaction.It can?t destroy the chemical environment of the active ingredient.This paper mainly introduces mesoporous phenolic resin macromolecule materials.Mesoporous phenolic resin has the advantages of low preparation cost,good hydrophobicity,good stability and strong alkali resistance,etc.The mesoporous structure with short pores is synthesized by in-situ one-step synthesis.The phenolic resin pellets have the ability to quickly adsorb and equilibrate.The mesoporous phenolic resin material is then used to prepare a solid acid material for use in the synthesis reaction of terpenoids and imidazoles.The materials were studied through a series of characterization techniques and applications,which are mainly divided into the following two parts:In the first part,phenol and formaldehyde were used as raw materials.In the basic environment,the triblock copolymer F127 was used as a template agent.Mesoporous phenolic resin beads were synthesized by microwave-assisted synthesis.The material is sulfonated to obtain a sulfonic acid-supported polymeric solid acid catalyst.Through the structural characterization of the material,the material has a two-dimensional hexagonal mesopores,a large specific surface area which is 442cm~2/g,and an ordered pore distribution.The acid value was determined by acid-base titration.The acid content was as high as 2.10.mmol/g,contributing the reactants to participating in the reaction.The catalyst is applied in the Fisher Indoles reaction with an activity of 83%.In the second part,4-nonylphenol and formaldehyde was used as raw materials,and F127 was used as a template agent.The hydrazide-based functional phenolic resin beads were obtained by hydrothermal synthesis method.The material has highly ordered mesopores and regular morphology.The palladium was immobilized by the impregnation method.After that,the sulfonic acid groups were generated through oxidation.The sulfonic and palladium synergistic bifunctional catalyst were applied to the One-pot tandem reaction of phenylenediamine and p-nitrobenzaldehyde to test the activity.
