In the production of modern chemical materials,the use of acid catalysts is increasing.Whether it is a fine drug or a chemical,the use of an acid catalyst can improve production effectively.But at the time of catalysis,some catalysts have their own shortcomings,such as poor catalytic effect,corrosion equipment,difficult to maintain liquid catalyst,and so on,so solid acid catalyst came into being.This type of catalyst is easy to separate and is not too polluted for the environment at the later stage.Therefore,in many chemical synthesis,solid acid catalyst has a good application prospect.In order to explore the solid acid catalyst,the modification methods of sulfonated mesoporous phenolic resin and rare earth mesoporous phenolic resin was prepared.And the two kinds of catalysts were applied to the PRINS reaction,through the optimization of reaction process,the catalyst showed better catalytic effect.Through the evaporation induced self-assembly process,the sulfonated mesoporous phenolic resin and rare earth mesoporous phenolic resin,mesoporous materials prepared by XRD,TEM and infrared testing,verify the material ordered pore structure,sulfonated catalyst specific surface area reached 440.76m-/g.Rare earth catalyst has better catalytic performance and better catalytic performance in catalytic experiments.When the sulfonation catalyst was applied to Prins reaction,the catalyst showed good catalytic performance,and the final conversion rate was 80% by optimizing reaction time,temperature,amount of catalyst and amount of substrate.Select a strong acidic Yb(OTf)mesoporous phenolic resin 3 immobilized on sulfonation on rare earth mesoporous phenolic resin catalyst Yb-MPs and its application in the probe reaction,through the XRD test,TEM test and infrared spectroscopy test showed that Yb-MPs of rare earth compounds with rich functional sulfonic acid,strong.Yb-MPs was used as the catalyst of the reaction system,and the catalytic efficiency was about 73% when the temperature and reaction time were optimized.In this paper,through the design and synthesis of Recyclable solid acid catalyst used to complete acid catalytic reaction,reduce costs,save resources,at the same time with the characteristics of water resistance of solid acid catalyst,using water instead of organic solvent,in the premise of good catalytic effect,reducing the effects of volatile organic solvent emissions and the environment,this it has a great significance for promoting the development of green chemistry and combined with the development of chemistry.
