In recent years,there are more and more researches on the composite materials of woven filter cloth,especially the related research on its base cloth.However,the research on the filtration of chemical fiber spinning solution is less,while the cellulose acetate fiber is the cellulose fiber The second largest variety in the industry is filtration,an essential part of ensuring the production of high quality acetate.In this paper,firstly,the design and preparation of woven filter cloths for cellulose acetate spinning liquid are discussed.The working principle of the working procedure and the design of process parameters are introduced.Then the properties of woven filter material Research,the last of the use of woven filter cloth to simulate the pressure on the environment.Specific content and conclusions are as follows:(1)The design of woven fabric was systematically studied for the usage and production environment of acetate fiber spinning stock fabric,including the design of finencss,twist,elastic modulus of fiber,and the manufacture of woven fabric Process design,including the width,density,fabric structure design.(2)Weaving process and parameters of cellulose acetate spinning liquid woven filter cloth are designed,inclding:fabric twist,twisting,reed number,the number of each buckle,the width of the machine.The invention also solves the problems of unclear opening,warp breakage and the like caused by the intertwining of the warp yarns that are prone to occur during the weaving process due to the fine yarns,the yarns and the looms.The solution is as follows:(a)Generally,the opening time is controlled within 4 °?-29 ° after weft fecding,and the height of the back beam is adjusted to be equal to the height of the chest beam so as to make the warp tension of the upper and lower layers consistent so as to form isosceles shed to prevent the tension from being small.(B)Always check the smoothness of the head of the sword,whether there is burr,to prevent the warp yarn from being wiped.(C)During the pre-weaving preparation period,the warp yarns should keep the tension of each warp yarn uniform at the time of warping and knitting,and give the fabric oiling treatment.(3)By changing the yarn fineness,the yarn twist,the fiber elastic modulus and the fabric structure,the paper studied the effects of the thickness of the woven filter material,the breaking strength,the air permeability,the filtration efficiency,Resistance,pore size and distribution of the performance of the law.(4)According to the Box-Behnkcn test design method in response surface methodology,the filtration efficiency of woven filter material in acetate fiber spinning liquid was optimized by Design-Expert software,and the linear fineness,yarn twist,fiber elasticity Modulus and cellulose acetate spinning liquid woven filter material filtration performance mathematical model,and use of the model of the material filtration efficiency analysis and prediction,the best process parameters.(5)The process of dry spinning of cellulose acetate and the use environment of woven filter cloth are introduced.The pressure environment is simulated to test the filtration performance and permeability of woven filter after compression deformation.Finally,based on this test,a nonlinear regression analysis was used to establish the functional relationship between the pressure of woven filter material and its filtration efficiency,which can be used to predict the filtration efficiency of woven filter cloth under different pressures in actual production.
