With the rapid development of our country's industry especially the chemical industry, the environmental pollution caused by the industrial waste gas is becoming more and more prominent. The odor pollution has been list as one of the seven major environmental hazards in the world.Odor pollutants have the characteristics of sudden and transient. The common used detection method includes artificial olfactory identification and gas chromatographic analysis. Both of these methods require pre-collection of samples, resulting in poor real-time performance.Developing devices that enable real-time monitoring and analysis of malodorous contaminants is crucial to addressing malodorous pollution issues. This dissertation firstly summarizes the research progress and development direction of malodorous gas detection, analyzes the problems of the existing detection method. In this dissertation,we develop an online system for monitoring and analysis of malodors. The system can implement the real-time monitoring for each monitoring area by integrating technologies such as automatic gas pretreatment, laser spectrum detection and sniffing detection.By combining internet-related technologies, warnings can be given when the odorous pollutants exceed the standard, and the stinking pollutants are traced based on the data recorded in the server.Secondly, the emphasis is placed on gas dilution and gas concentration units. In this dissertation, use the software which is installed on each device in order to display the data collected in the monitoring area.Combine with the application installed on the server, every monitoring area data is collected and analyzed.Through the data analysis, the server application will produce odor pollutant diffusion model when the stinking event occurs. Finally, this dissertation carries on experiment to the main detection unit of the Odor pollutants on-line monitoring and analysis system. The experimental result of the chip-type microfluidic chips show that the chip-type microfluidics can accomplish the separation of multiple gases.By measuring the effect of gas flow rate on photo-ionization sensor, the optimal photo-ionization sensor gas flow rate is determined. At the same time, the linear relationship between concentration and photo-ionization sensor output voltage is verified by the linear experiment of photo-ionization sensor. For the compound olfactory sensor, the relationship between the odor concentration and sensory evaluation model is established. The deployment of the devices at each site is introduced. The area report show that the Odor pollutants on-line monitoring and analysis system is able to monitor the odor in the area and analyze the regional odor data.
