Research On The Construction Of Environmental Industry Development Index

Industrial Development Index is a comprehensive index that reflects the trend of industrial change by weighing all the indicators that can comprehensively reflect the state of industrial economic development.The index for the development of the environmental protection industry aims at reflecting the overall operation of the environmental protection industry in our country and predicting the development trend of the environmental protection industry in the near future.To this end,this study proposes a set of index system and evaluation method for environmental protection industry development index that suits our own national conditions.Specific work as follows:First of all,build index system of environmental protection industry development index.The Index System for Environmental Protection Industry Development Index consists of three first-level indicators,ten second-level indicators and 22 third-level indicators.First-level indicators include three basic development,development environment and development capabilities,of which the basis for development and development capabilities to measure the development of the industry itself has the conditions for the development of the environment used to measure the external environment on the impact of industrial development;secondary indicators of the design The objective of the three-level indicator is to reflect the qualifications of the environmental protection industry in terms of its development foundation,development environment and development capability.The three-level indicator is selected according to the characteristics of the environmental protection industry and with reference to the research results of other industrial development indices.Secondly,the research proposes the synthesis method of environmental protection industry development index.Standardization of data using the ratio method,the index weighting based on expert questionnaire survey using AHP,index synthesis using integrated index method.The development index to 100 as the base,if the inspection index index value greater than 100,then the development of environmental protection industry to better;the other hand,the development of environmental protection industry showed a downward trend.Then,with the listed companies of environmental protection industry in our country as the sample collection,we carry out applied research.From 2011 to 2016,the index of development index of China's environmental protection industry shows that the indices of environmental protection industry development are all above 100 in 6 years,but the values show a downward trend,indicating that the overall development of the environmental protection industry is good but the growth rate is slowing down;the industrial development foundation is more solid;The development capability steadily increased,both the opportunities and challenges in the industrial development environment coexisted.The industrial development capability scored above 100 in 2011-2016 and five years above the overall development level of the industry,thus becoming the leader in the development of the environmental protection industry.In 2012,2015 and 2016,all scores were below 100,accompanied by a downward trend and a downward driving effect on industrial development.Finally,the paper proposes the identification method of the key influencing factors for the development of environmental protection industry.By using the method of absolute gray relational degree,we identify the key elements that affect the development of environmental protection industry,take a camera decision on the key elements that can be adjusted,and make the second layer gray correlation on the key elements that can not be adjusted to find out the key elements behind them.The study found that the number of patents granted and social investment is the highest degree of correlation;the number of patents granted as output is an uncontrollable variable in the second layer of its correlation analysis found that social investment in environmental protection and R&D spending associated The largest degree.Through the above research,put forward suggestions to improve the development level of environmental protection industry.
