Cyclodextrin and its derivatives polyrotaxane have specific structure and properties.Disclosed in this paper is the design of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVAL)membrane modified by macrocyclic spacer arms and polyrotaxane for superior Anti-pollution and BSA binding performance.The relevant research provides a valuable reference to structural regulation and Anti-pollution modification of membrane.Specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)Cyclodextrin and its derivatives polyrotaxane were introduced into the EVAL membrane by click chemistry.The structure and load situation of CD and PR were analyzed by IR,XPS and 1HNMR spectra.The morphological characteristics of CD and PR were investigated by SEM,LSCM,AFM and TEM.The functional body has been introduced into the EVAL membrane successfully proved by NMR?FT-IR?AFM?TEM.(2)The antifouling behavior of EVAL membrane was investigated.The cyclodextrin enhance the permeability and Anti-fouling properties of EVAL membrane by surface segregation effect.The surface segregation of cyclodextrins was proved by EDX and SEM.The hydrophilic properties,permeability,flux recovery rate and flux decay rate were investigated to proved that the Synergy of octanol and cyclodextrin enhanced the Anti-fouling performance of the EVAL membrane.(3)Solid content of membrane,temperature of coagulation bath,alkynylation of membrane and other factors on membrane structure were investigated.The structure-activity relationship of membrane was investigated by SEM,porosity,permeability and LSCM.The dye was coupling with modified membranes after the structural regulation.The introduction of CD and PR enhanced the dye ligand coupling rate of membrane.EVAL-CD affinity membrane is advantageous compared with the traditional lysozyme adsorption.Compared with the BSA adsorption capacity of EVAL membrane(0.6mg/g),the adsorption capacity of EVAL-PR affinity membrane reached 36.02mg/g.The adsorption capacity of EVAL-PR affinity membrane improved significantly through the structural regulation and ligand conjugation.
