The detection of gas logging is the key point in the integrated logging,and the determination of the location and reserve of the oil gas storage layer is determined by the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the mud carrying gas during the drilling process.Accurate and perfect analysis results determine the efficiency and yield of oil and gas exploitation.However,with the increasing difficulty of oil and gas exploration and the discovery of new types of oil and gas,such as shale gas,logging gas detection is facing more problems to be solved.Traditional chromatographic gas detection technology has been in the dominant position in domestic logging gas analysis.But the single gas analysis of this technology is long and detectable gas type is limited.Restricted by the principle of technical updates is slow,and more is offline operation,cannot achieve real-time data remote transmission.It is difficult to meet the higher requirement of logging gas.There are some innovative technologies for alternative chromatographic detection abroad,but the price and maintenance cost are expensive.For the exploitation of strategic resources in oil and gas,it is urgent to study the technology of independent intellectual property.Raman scattering spectra due to its principle features,each gas has its unique scattering phenomenon,not only can detect hydrocarbon in gas logging C1-C5,and at the same time can detect which chromatography can't identify the non-hydrocarbon gases such as oxygen,hydrogen,carbon dioxide.No ancillary equipment,simple structure,very suitable for logging gas detection and analysis.To sum up,this dissertation designs a logging gas on-line Raman spectroscopy analysis and detection system.The main research contents are:1.Based on the principle of Raman spectra,the gas detection optical path is designed.The gas pool equipped with photonic crystal fiber is used to enhance the Raman signal,and the spectral information is collected by sensor.The analysis of hydrocarbon gas C1-C5 and non-hydrocarbon gas such as oxygen and hydrogen in 20-30 seconds can be achieved by the analysis of operation unit.2.The air temperature,flow,pressure,ambient temperature and other control detection units of the system are designed.The pretreatment modules of the gas are designed.In addition,the design and development of air-mixing calibration unit for gas detection system is completed,which is used to mix gas and multi-component mixture.3.Completed based on K60 chip embedded software and hardware design of the control system,used in logging gas analysis detection system and the mixed gas calibration unit system control,data acquisition and data online interactions,and through the touch screen to display the main gas data and control operation.At present,the prototype design has been completed,and the field application of the gas logging can accurately analyze the oil and gas information.Meeting the demand of gas logging and having a good application prospect.
