The comprehensive logging instrument is a set of special logging equipment designed for the actual requirements in the development of oil(gas)field production wells.It is used to record the drilling engineering parameters,drilling fluid parameters,and the total hydrocarbons and components parameters released from the stratum.Among them,drilling engineering parameters and drilling fluid parameters are used to monitor the safe construction of drilling and provide optimization parameters for drilling.The total hydrocarbons and compositional parameters released from the stratum are used to evaluate and interpret the reservoir.It is found that the lack of a multifunctional,Human-Computer Interaction friendly,low-cost logging instrument is currently on the market.For this purpose,a multi-function portable embedded logging instrument was designed to satisfy this application requirement.The main content of this dissertation is to apply the currently popular embedded development technology such as ARM embedded processor,embedded Linux operating system,Qt/E graphics library,etc.to an actual comprehensive logging instrument product.Tt is demonstrated that the feasibility of its technical transformation results through the specific design and implementation process.The main contents of this article include the following:1.Complete the system design of the system:The system is mainly divided into two major modules:data acquisition system and data display system,which are responsible for signal acquisition and transmission and data processing and display respectively.The two are connected through a serial communication bus RS-485.The query messages and response messages are customized based on the MODBUS communication protocol.2.Completed the hardware module design:The hardware circuit of the data acquisition system implements the sensor acquisition module design,signal conditioning module design,and acquisition system core control module design.The signal conditioning module is designed with frequency multiplication circuit,phase detector circuit,current/voltage conversion circuit and voltage scaling isolation circuit.The core control module of the acquisition system hardware completes the STM32-based minimum system and corresponding peripheral circuit design.The core control module of the display system hardware completes the minimal system design based on the Samsung Exynos 4412.3.Completed the transplantation of embedded Linux and the establishment of Qt/E development environment.The main job of Linux porting includes four steps:creating a cross-compilation tool chain,compiling Uboot,trimming the kernel,and making the root file system.It laid the foundation for the development of display system application software.4.Completed the software module design:,the data acquisition and serial communication program development was completed based on the analysis of the STM32 firmware library functions.the development of data display system application program was completed based on the study of Qt/E API,including serial communication module,data processing module and Human-Computer Interaction interface module.5.Different test methods are used at different stages of system design implementation.The pre-work content was hardware circuit design.The hardware circuit was tested from both circuit connectivity and electrical characteristics.The medium-term work content is unit module integration and has been tested from the function of each unit module.The content of the later work is overall system integration,and the system has been tested in terms of its functions,performance and reliability.After testing,the developed logging tool satisfies various logging functions in the demand analysis,and the data was collected correctly,showing that it met real-time requirements.The data acquisition to display interface delay is less than 0.1s,data acquisition error within ± 0.1%,data query delay within 0.1.The various modules of the logging rig system are completely decoupled and communicate through the interface to meet scalability and maintainability requirements.
