Development Of Low Temperature Desizing Enzymes And Their Application In Fabric Rope Pretreatment

The paper briefly introduces the importance of desizing in textile dyeing and finishing,and introduces several commonly desizing methods,production methods and their advantages and disadvantages.The characteristics,classification,action principle and influencing factors of amylase were summarized.By analyzing the current states of enzymatic desizing process in pretreatment of fabric ropes,the problems existing in the process effect and environmental protection,the paper determine the types of amylases suitable for low-temperature in pretreatment of fabric ropes based on several commercially available samples of high-temperature and medium-temperature amylase.Then,according to the factors affecting the activity of amylase and desizing effect,the amylase varieties suitable for the application of low temperature enzyme desizing process were selected,and the types and quantities of the preservatives,penetrants and activator were determined.The final formulation of the desizing enzyme was determined.The shop test preliminary process conditions of desizing enzyme were determined by performing a low-temperature string enzyme desizing process simulation test under laboratory conditions.Then,through a series of production tests,a production process route with the lowest cost,the best effect,and the highest efficiency was optimized.Finally,the industrialization application was successfully realized.The specific process route:fabric sewing head ? singeing ? rolling enzyme extinguishing ? fabric stacking ?washing ? cooking and bleaching.The process parameters of each link in the factory production are as follows.Singeing:the speed of singeing equipment is(120±2)m/min,1#crater of wind pressure is(12±2)mbar,2#crater of wind pressure is(12±2)mbar.The fabric adopts one positive and one reverse,the way of burning.Rolling enzyme extinguishing:the speed of singeing equipment is(120±2)m/min,The temperature of the enzyme is(65±2)?,The amount of self-made low-temperature desizing enzyme is(6±0.5)g/L,The amount ofNon-ionic penetrant is(2±0.2)g/L,The liquid carrying rate of the fabric is(75±5)%.Fabric stacking:The temperature of fabric stacking is(22-40)?,The time of fabric stacking is(16±8)h.Washing:the speed of singeing equipment is(100±2)m/min,the hot water temperature is(93±3)?,the amount of water washed is(2.5±0.2)m3/L,and two tanks is the series back flow.
