In this study,the fractal theory and electrospinning were combined.Under the framework of electro-hydrodynamics and fluid mechanics,viscoelasticity mechanics,combined with COMSOL finite element analysis software,SOLIDWORKS model design and establishment and electrospinning experiments,fractal spinning Process simulation to explore the interaction between multiple jets and effective ways to reduce the uneven distribution of electric field;based on classical electrostatic theory of physics,combined with the finite element analysis software simulation to explore the new fractal electrospinning mechanism for the electrospun nano Industrialization of fiber preparation technology laid the foundation.In this paper,a nonlinear hollow fractal spinning electrode was determined by SOLIDWORKS software and COMSOL finite element simulation software.Due to the "end effect",auxiliary disks are added at both ends of the nonlinear hollow fractal,and the influence of auxiliary disk parameters such as diameter,pitch,number,and shape on the field strength and uniformity are systematically studied Research to explore the auxiliary disk parameters on the distribution of field strength,and ultimately obtain the optimal form of spinning electrode.As a result,it was found that when an auxiliary disk was added and the diameter was 70 mm,the electric field intensity distribution was more uniform when the distance from the spinning electrode at both ends was 40 mm.In addition,a similar auxiliary structure is used to show a lower field strength CV value.Based on the principle of large field strength and uniform distribution,three kinds of nonlinear fractal spinning electrodes were designed by SOLIDWORKS software.They were coil fractal,spiral fractal and slice fractal,respectively.COMSOL was introduced into the finite element simulation.The results show that the coil fractal has a higher electric field strength at the same voltage.When the distance between the two coils is 60mm,the field intensity-distribution is more uniform,followed by the slice fractal with the thickness of 0.5mm.The self-made fractal electrospinning equipment was used to obtain PAN nanofibers with a uniform distribution and a CV value of 8.11%.Finally,the PAN nanofiber membranes were composited with non-woven fabrics to obtain composite materials with excellent filtration performance.The results showed that the model was feasible For the large-scale electrospinning to provide a new idea,laying the theoretical and practical foundation.
