Spindle and bobbin are the main textile equipment,and the combination system of the two is called the spindle combination system,which is mainly composed of the spindle rod cone and the tube cone(the eye part of the eye)to join,and through the friction force transmission force and torque.And the wear of the tube itself caused by the combination of vibration system directly affect the spinning quality and efficiency.Therefore,it is assumed that the vibration of the spindle is ideal,and the vibration characteristics of the bobbin combination system with different wear degree are analyzed and verified experimentally.In this paper,the static analysis of the joint surface of the spindle combination system is carried out,and the composition of the total holding force and the average weight ratio of the respective holding forces to the total holding force.At the same time,the influence of the surface wear on the dynamic characteristics of the spindle combination system is studied.The dynamic model of the spindle-bobbin joint surface model and the spindle combination system is established by changing the spring-damping element to simulate the wear of the spindle-bobbin joint surface.Based on the modal analysis theory,the modal simulation analysis of the spindle combination system is carried out by ANSYS.The results show that the wear of the spindle-bobbin joint affects the natural frequency and mode of the spindle combination system,and verify the rated speed 18000r/min noncritical speed,through the vibration analysis of the rated speed conditions,the reasonable position of the bobbin vibration detection for the top of the bobbin,Which provides theoretical reference and experimental simulation method for spindle and bobbin structure optimization and vibration analysis of composite system.The dynamic model of the spindle combination system was established by simulating the wear of the joint surface by changing the contact number of the upper and lower joint surfaces of the spindle combination system.The dynamic simulation of the spindle combination system was carried out by ADAMS.It is concluded that the eccentricity of the bobbin will affect its amplitude,velocity and acceleration.The eccentricity and eccentricity of the bobbin will also determine the position of the maximum position of the bobbin.The joint surface wear affects the amplitude,velocity and acceleration of the bobbin.The reasonable position of the bobbin vibration detection is determined by the amplitude analysis of the combined system,which is the top of the bobbin,and the theoretical reference and experimental simulation method for the dynamic analysis of the spindle combination system are provided.Aiming at the problem of bobbin amplitude detection,the evaluation algorithm of bobbin amplitude data is put forward.Using the testing platform of the bobbin amplitude detection,the amplitude of the bobbins with different wear types was detected.The results showed that the amplitude deviation rate and integral change rate decreased with the increase of amplitude threshold.By comparing the average value of the three amplitude shift rates and the integral change rate under each experimental condition,it is reasonable to select the amplitude threshold value of 0.5 mm as the evaluation index of the amplitude of the used bobbin.It is reasonable to choose the amplitude threshold of 0.5mm as the evaluation index of the bobbin amplitude after use by comparing the average of three amplitude shift rates and the integral change rate under each experimental condition.And it is conclusion that tube and spindle upper and lower contact surface wear will increase the amplitude of the tube by analyzing the amplitude shift rate and integral rate of change in reach group of data.At the same time,the conclusion was verified that the wear of bobbin under the bobbin has the greatest influence on the amplitude of bobbin.
