The Application And Research Of Graphic Design Elements In The Design Of Textile Machinery Equipment

This thesis presents that the foreign textile machinery products are more excellent in aspects like the overall shape,the details and serialization,through the description on the current situation of the design of textile machinery and equipment at home and abroad,and the comparison between foreign and domestic products reveals that the foreign products contain higher quality of the modeling design.While the shapes of domestic textile mechanical equipment are bulky and outdated because of lacking of the design concepts and methods.Due to the little attention to detail,the credibility of products quality is not high and additional value of product cannot be produced.The thesis further investigates the principles that promote the overall beauty of product.In order to improve the incredibility of products,some aesthetic principles are involved,for example:morphological composition rules,color functions and configuration,to show the artistic and mental function of the products.This thesis starts with the graphic design elements,takes design geometry and plane form of the relationship as the theoretical basis,and seeks new ways of design that combined with practice design.The project involved in this thesis is the JWF1310 drawing frame of China Textile Machinery(Group)CO.LTD.By analyzing the plane elements in the modeling,reprocessing,improving and innovating with combination of the theory and method of plane composition,then introducing the results into the design of textile machinery products,a set of theory of design methods to guide the design of textile machinery and equipment are eventually formed,which is a new attempt of the design of the textile machinery.The thesis discusses that the key point of the design is to separate and classify the plane elements such as point,line,surface,color,lightness and texture of the various sides of the draw frame of JWF1310,and draw out its harmony and deficiency by applying the specific analysis method.The condition and defects of these views,taken as the research objects,are optimized by using the design geometry of the plane structure and the formal beauty of the plane,thus they are able to show the visual language that the machine itself means to express,and meet people's visual aesthetic needs.Through this way,JWF1310 are improved to produce new visual highlights and form a harmonious,beautiful and generous shape.The research results of this subject will be useful in alleviating the contradiction between the development of design practice and the deficiency of design theory,and making up for the shortcomings of the research on the design method of textile machinery and equipment in our country.Meanwhile,it helps to advance a unique design method and style of textile machinery design in China and increase the international market competitiveness of textile machinery equipment and the visibility of related businesses.
