The single layer fabrics are difficult to have many functions, such as flame retardant, camouflage, water and oil repellent, wear resistance and comfort. As a result, the fabric of permeable protective suits is usually made up of two to three layers. Most of the outer fabrics of protective clothing are used to add the flame additives to the preparation of fiber or flame-retardant finishing of fabrics, such as flame-retardant cotton fabric and nylon fabric. However, this kind of fabrics often have been washed repeatedly or improperly, and the flame retardant effect is disappearing. The inner layer is used as the activated carbon adsorption material. After decades of development, mature products have been developed in all developed countries. However, the research on activated carbon adsorption materials in China started late, and the domestic activated carbon fibers generally have low strength and poor performance. The selection of carbon adsorbent materials in China is not scientific and reasonable. It has a certain blindness. It is considered that all charcoal adsorbent materials have the ability to adsorb chemical agents, and they can be applied to the protective clothing. Therefore, the application of activated carbon materials in protective clothing will help to promote the development of biochemical protective clothing in China and make positive contributions to improve and enhance workers' safety and protection equipment. In order to prepare activated carbon fiber composite fabric, the aramid 1313/flame retardant viscose blended fabric was selected as the outer fabric of permeable protective suits, and its water repellent and oil repellent finishing was carried out.Through the single-factor experiment, the effect of the concentration of finishing agent TG-581,finishing liquid PH,baking temperature and time on finishing efficiency was analyzed. When the finishing liquid PH is 4,the concentration of fluorine finishing agent TG-581 is 40 g/L,the baking temperature is 170 ? and the baking time is 120s,the aramid 1313/flame retardant viscose blended fabric can get the best water repellent and oil repellent finishing, and the hydrostatic pressure can reach 163KPa.Secondly,the specific surface area, pore size and scanning electron microscopy of several activated carbon material were observed. The specific surface area, pore size, pore volume and surface morphology of the activated carbon materials are preliminarily understood. The adsorption properties of activated carbon material for different molecules were evaluated by the adsorption of phenol and methylene blue.Activated carbon adsorption materials were used to test the liquid phase adsorption properties of propyl sulfide. The ACF-08 activated carbon fiber felt and ACF-04 active carbon fiber cloth with good adsorption properties for propyl sulfide were selected as the adsorption layer of permeable protective suits. Finally, the main experimental parameters of the hot-melt laminating are optimized by orthogonal design.Orthogonal experiment results show that the amount of glue is the most important factor affecting the permeability, moisture permeability and peel strength of activated carbon fiber composite fabric, which is significantly affected by hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time, which is a secondary influence factor of the process. The hot pressing time has little effect on the results of the experiment.
