Several domestic and foreign laminated fabrics selected were carried on the structure and performance analysis, so the outer layer and lining fabrics were chosen for lamination. The outer layer fabrics was taken water repellent finishing by organic fluorine or organic silicon, then was dealt with plasma. The performances of processed and un-processed fabrics were tested by air permeability instrument, spray rating tester, static honestmeter and KES-FB system etc. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) microporous membranes were purchased, and some performances of PTT and the PU electric spinning membranes spun by myself were also tested. In order to explore the compound craft, we use orthogonal test based on five impact factors to take performance test on different compound product.The experiment results show that water repellent effect of the fabrics is remarkable if it is finished by waterrepellents, but the wash-resist performance will be worse. Plasma processing reduces the relative surface energy of the fabric but improve the adhesion; the electric spinning membranes have the equal air permeability and moisture permeability with PTFE membranes but weaker durable hydrostatic pressure ability. Orthogonal test shows that the best lamination project is: take water repellent finishing by organic silicon, take plasma processing, use PE adhesive, The amount of adhesive between the outer layer, the lining and the membranes is respectively 30g/m~2,20g/m~2.
