The synthesis of organic fluorescent probes is simple,convenient operation,high selectivity,and the advantages of high sensitivity,especially its advantages of fluorescence imaging of cells and living tissue for testing is not possessed by other traditional detection method.At present,organic fluorescent probes have become a powerful analytical method and have been widely used in many fields such as biology,medicine and environment.Because of the three-dimensional structure,spirobifluorene compounds have become one of theresearch hotpots in the field of organic functional materials in recent years.In addition,triphenylamine has been widely applied to various kinds of functional materials for the high hole mobility and good transmission performance.Therefore,the spirobifluorene and triphenylamine groups have been designed to be an overall molecular.This paper will introduce the thesis mainly through the following parts:The first part:the compounds SPF-HXM,SPF-TF,SPF-BTZ and SPF-DPO were synthesized by using the cheap and easily available bromotoluene.The second part:the target compounds,SPF-A and SPF-C have carried on the performance study,studied the ultraviolet absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum in different solvents and by different cationic and anionic titration,found that it is a kind of high sensitivity ClOtwo-photon fluorescent probe,the detection limit are 1.5 x 10-8 M and 2.40 x10-8 M.The third part:(1)the performance study of target compounds SPF-DPO,through different cationic and anionic titration,found that it is a kind of Pd2+and it is very sensitive two-photon fluorescent probe,the detection limit is 1.31 x10-77 M;(2)the performance of the target compound SPF-BTZ was studied.By titration of different cations and anions,it was known that it was a sensitive Fe3+fluorescent probe with a detection limit of 2.35x 10-7M.(3)this paper also explored the synthesis method of the intermediate SPF-BN,and finally obtained the intermediate compound.The follow-up work on the compound will be further explored by this laboratory.
