Two-photon fluorescence probes have some merits in comparison with the single ones, which become powerful tools in many fields such as disclosing the mystery on life, clinical diagnosis, drug screening, etc.In this paper, several unreported organic two-photon fluorescence probes within spirobifluorene were designed and synthesized. They show fair two-photon absorption performance and high sensitivity.The work of this paper is mainly carried out as the following two parts: 1. Several organic two-photon fluorescence probes within spirobifluorene were synthesized and characterized. 2. The performance detection of two-photon fluorescence probes.(1)The single photon absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum in different solvents were studied. At the same time, the fluorescence quantum yield and two-photon absorption across section were tested.(2)Two silver ion two-photon fluorescence probes SPF-TNS and SPF-TBB, two mercury ion two-photon fluorescence probes SPF-TMS and SPF-TSA, all showed good selectivity and sensitivity. We also study its possible response mechanism.(3)SPF-TSA, SPF-TPT and SPF-MN worked as p H fluorescent probes.(4)SPF-TBB and SPF-MN can also be used to detect the water content in organic solvents.(5)SPF-TPT was studied as an electroluminescent material, at the same time,SPF-TNS was studied as a solar cell material.
