spirobifluorene compounds have special three-dimensional structure and electronic effects, high glass transition temperature and fluorescence quantum yield, they have been widely used in various functional materials. Our group first applied spirobifluorene compounds to two-photon fluorescence probes and achieved good results. This article is based on the previous work of the research group, designed and synthesized a series of functional compounds based on spirobifluorene structure. The fluorescence probe method has the characteristics of convenience, rapidity, and high sensitivity. Therefore, many types of fluorescent probes have been researched and manufactured for many years. However,in the initial stage, the single-photon fluorescent probe was the most studied[1].The two-photon fluorescence probe[2]can effectively avoid the defects such as photodamage and photobleaching in single photon fluorescence probes, and play an important role in the development of mystery of life, clinical diagnosis and drug screening. This paper's main works are as follows:Part1:A series of target compounds based on spirobifluorene were designed and synthesized:SPF-TM1,SPF-TM2,SPF-TM3,SPF-TM4,SPF-TM5,SPF-TM6,SPF-TM7,and SPF-TM8.Part2:The related properties of SPF-TM1 were studied and it was found that it is a reactive hydrazine hydrate fluorescence probe and has the characteristics of fluorescence brightening. In a certain concentration range, there is a linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and hydrazine hydrate concentration. There is a linear fitting equation Y=517.8881X+127.1333.Therefore,the equation can be used to quantify the hydrazine hydrate concentration within a certain concentration range. Its detection limit is 6.99×10-6M.Part3:The relative performance of SPF-TM2 was studied and it was found to be a highly sensitive Pd2+fluorescent probe, and it can be identified by the naked eye?the solution changes from colorless to yellow?.In a certain concentration range, there is a linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and Pd2+concentration,there is a linear fitting equation Y=-12.95457X+4007.20547,so you can use this equation to quantitatively detect the concentration of Pd2+in a certain concentration range, according to 3?The criterion is calculated as the detection limit of 2.8×10-8M.Part4:?1?Two kinds of PH fluorescent probes were studied and they were found as fluorescent probes for detecting PH under strong acid conditions.?2?Two kinds of high-sensitivity water content fluorescent probes SPF-TM5 and SPF-TM6 were studied.Their detection limits for water content in THF were 0.0081%and 0.0057%,respectively.
