Calcium plastic corrugated composite board is a new kind of composite cushion packaging material, It can absorb the energy generated by the vibration impact on product effectively, with good cushioning and vibration isolation performance.But it also has some disadvantages when use it for packing design directly, because making it of effective level of protection for the product is not enough. After a period of compressing,the pre-compressed Corrugated plastic board become better to absorb energy has protective effects.So it has very important practical significance research of the pre-compression calcium plastic corrugated board cushioning and vibration isolation performance.This topic use lab homemade multilayer pre-compression calcium plastic corrugated board as the research object.Mainly includes the following several aspects of research results:(l)According to mechanical and cushioning properties with different pre-compression ratio are compared though static compression tests.and Dynamic drop test.And the minimum cushion coefficient can be got from the "cushion coefficient-static loading" curve, which is changed from the "stress-strain" curve. It is shown that compression rate of 25% and 50% calcium plastic corrugated board stress-strain curve is more smooth,Relatively effective buffering time longer,Without preloading and the pre-compress 5% material of curve is volatile,stable performance is quite poor.By buffer coefficient of maximum stress curve to get the minimum cushioning coefficient and maximum stress value.The results show that:Buffer coefficient decreases with the pre-compression,the buffer efficiency increased.(2)By dropping impact experiment got a multilayer plastic corrugated board cushioning packaging under the condition of continuous impact load of shock response.Calculate the acceleration shock-time curve and amplification coefficient curve, When the drop height must be, the buffer material smaller as the compression ratio, the acceleration decreases, the curve is more stable, impact resistant performance is better.Impact amplification coefficient won't change with the compression ratio has too much volatility.(3)Through vibration experiment on different pre-compression degree calcium plastic anti-vibration performance test of the corrugated cardboard.Found that compression ratio 50% calcium plastic corrugated board vibration transmissibility is minimal.Based on the compression rate 50% calcium plastic constitutive model of vibration isolation of the corrugated cardboard.And using the least squares method to identify the model parameters.(4)Building transport vehicle model and considering the vulnerability of two degrees of freedom nonlinear packaging system model;Using numerical analysis method considering the vulnerability of two degree of freedom vibration isolation model of nonlinear system by using the vibration constitutive model based on dynamic model of a quarter vehicle transport packaging products.Research shows that the dimensionless maximum acceleration of general and decreases as the area of the vibration isolation material.With the increase of material layer first increase in reducing variability.Tested by a numerical example, the area of the vibration isolation material after optimized, shows the feasibility of the model, this paper research method overcomes the packaging design needs the disadvantages of a large number of experimental data, using for packaging design provides a effective method of vibration isolation.
