After entering the new century, with the rapid development of the economy, the cushion packaging in various industries is becoming more and more important, especially for some high valueadded and easily-damaged commodities. Taking the overall cushioning package of some brand intelligent toilet as the object, the cushioning performance of cushioning package and the random vibration are studied by Creo2.0 and ANSYS workbench.The specific contents are as follows:1) The theory of cushion packaging dynamics is sorted out and simplifies the two-degree-ofcubic nonlinear system of the some brand intelligent toilet. The cushion packaging system can be predigested as two-degree-of-freedom vibration systems since the main body connected with cushioning materials and the critical element connected with the main body. At the same time, the cushioning coefficient and vibration transmission rate are teased. The results show that the cushioning performance is affected by many factors.2) In order to get the material properties of workbench ANSYS finite element simulation, static compression test is performed on packaging cushioning materials to get the stress-strain curves and the buffer coefficient curves and modulus of elasticity and plasticity phase data by the related formulas. The corrugated paper empirical formula, multi-step homogenization method and the same flexural rigidity of the triple corrugated board are used to get the anisotropic equivalent modulus and the Poisson’s ratio and the equivalent thickness for nonlinear structure analysis.3) The 3D model built by Creo2.0 is imported to nonlinear structural analysis modular of ANSYS workbench. The stress state of bottom package is analyzed by stacking formula, and later simulations show that when the stacking layer is four, the bottom of packages is damaged seriously, and the toilet seat suffers irreversible plastic deformation. So the three layers stacking are more reasonable.4) As seven corrugated board and high density EPE are employed to optimize the cushioning packaging, without changing the cushion structure or using the similar structure, and proposes three kinds of cushioning packages. In ANSYS workbench, modal analysis and random vibration of dynamic analysis are carried out over the three kinds of cushioning packages. Then synthetical comparison of cushioning performance is made. The results show that corrugated board cushioning package which is environmental friendly and affordable can provide enough cushioning protection. The third kind of corrugated board cushioning packages is the best solution.
