With the development of urbanization, industrialization and globalization is accelerating,environmental problems are becoming more and more serious. At present, the global shortage energy is becoming less and less. Energy saving and environmental protection are the main strategic directions of the development of various industries in today's world. In the field of lighting, LED is a new generation of solid-state semiconductor lighting source. It has some advantages such as high luminous efficiency, long lifetime, energy saving and environmental protection. The performance of LED driver directly affects the performance and lifetime of the lamp. Therefore, the design and implementation of LED driver is a hot spot in the research. The traditional LED driver has the characteristics of miniaturization, lightweight and high efficiency.The LED driver scheme is studied in depth on this basis. It meets the needs of the lighting market, combining with the characteristics of LED and its related theoretical knowledge, using PWM dimming technology. A high-powered and intelligent LED driver based on L6562 is studied and designed in this paper. The main research and design content are as follows :1. The principle and characteristics of LED, the LED driving circuit and the common LED dimming technology are introduced. The general knowledge outline of the research direction of this thesis is made clear. The LED characteristics are understood. The switching power supply is used as the basic circuit structure in this paper, and the PWM dimming technology is used to provide high quality light, which lays a good foundation for the follow-up study and design.2. The basic theory of LED driver is described in detail. The switching power supply topology is introduced. The non isolated switching power converters and isolated switching power converters are introduced. The isolated single ended flyback circuit is selected by comparing as the optimum design of main circuit. The control type of switching power supply and power factor correction are given. Current control mode is used. Finally, the APFC as circuit structure is used in the critical conduction mode in order to achieve high power factor.3. A intelligent LED driver based on L6562 is designed on the basis of understanding and mastering the basic knowledge of LED driver. The hardware circuit mainly comprises EMI filter circuit, APFC circuit, PWM dimming drive circuit, the light intensity detection circuit,pyroelectric infrared circuit and STM8 S core circuit. The key module APFC circuit is single stage flyback PFC converter based on L6562. It contains main circuit and control circuit based on L6562. The 8 bit STM8S103F3P6 is used as the control core device. Its main function is to process the collected information and control the whole system. The whole system softwaredesign is carried out under the IAR development environment. Innovation lies in the integration of high power factor and intelligence.4. The APFC circuit is simulated by using the switching power supply simulation software.It is proved that the parameters of the main circuit are reasonable. The following work and related plan are done. The design of the physical object is debugged and tested. The parameters of the data are obtained. The design of the product is verified which has good performance. LED brightness is controlled with intelligence.
