The system is using the principle of optical rotation effect and the spectral analysis theory, design a set of optical detection system and spectral detection system combining optical cage system. The samples of the chiroptical properties and spectral characteristics of the online dynamic synchronous detection, and to determine the concentration of the sample to be tested and composition. The system using SolidWorks software for multi axis cage type on-line dynamic optical and spectroscopic detection system for 3D solid modeling, three-dimensional visual see system model, but also facilitate the design and improvement of the system.The This design is by the online dynamic optical detection system, the traditional optical detection system and spectral detection system. This system can not only chiroptical properties of the samples, and can simultaneously analyze the spectral properties of the samples. Specific work of the whole system design content mainly has four parts:1. The design of optical detection system. Optical detection system is of two parts. One part is the traditional optical detection system, the other part is the online dynamic optical detection system. The traditional optical detection system is through the light emitted from the light through the mirror incident to the traditional optical detection system. The polarizer will become polarized light reflection from the beam into the sample. Shooting the light incident to the polarizer rotation platform from the sample.
