As the fourth generaration light source, Light-emitting diode (LED) has advantages of energy saving, high reliability, long life and other advantages. And LED lighting source has become mainstream lighting products. In solid state lighting industry, easy replalceing light source with LED lamps and accurate analysis of the LED luminaires' optical, electrical, and thermal properties is critical.In this dissertation, LED luminescence properties and electrical properties at different operating temperatures were tested at a constant driving current. Through white LED chip optical power, luminous efficiency and peak wavelength characteristics analyzing, it can be concluded that, with increasing operating temperature, LED chip driver voltage drop, the electrical power show a downward trend; LED chip electro-optical conversion efficiency; LED chip band gap decreasing, the peak wavelength of white LED is red shift; Then the function between these parameters was numerically fitted.The thermal equation, combined with measured optical-electrical-thermal coupling function was used in a LED lamps heat conduction model. So this model can give accurate temperature distribution of LED lamps, which gives a good reference of LED lamp optical-electrical-thermal coupling analyzing.In the research of LED module's standardization, the existing interchangeable LED lamp module's feature and technical characteristics had been summarized. 300mm × 150mm LED plate lamp module's mechanica, optical, electrical, thermal and control interface have been designed. Module thermal characteristics and material optimization were researched by optical-electrical-thermal coupling analyzing. A reasonable module design projection is given. The work of this dissertation is animportant reference to the design of semiconductor lighting and lamps.
