After reform and opening up policy,China has made remarkable economic achievements,the auto industry has made great progress,from small to large,have made rapid progress and development,gradually growing up.Vehicle and people are increasingly close,they became the most commonly used public transports.Therefore,Chinese consumers are not only for the number of cars has a lot of needs,but also driving safety for cars,especially the ABS system security requirements become more sophisticated.Although,ABS system cannot ensure that the vehicle could attain the perfect control status.But it greatly improved the car's braking process for security.Nowadays,ABS system became standard on passenger cars,the advancement of technology and electronic industry,the rapid development of the electronic products provides wide development space for the ABS system..At present,the existing ABS systems on the market are divided into mechanical and electronic.Mechanical ABS system is simple and easy to use,mainly installed on some pickup trucks and low-end configuration on the bus,it's main structure is a mechanical valve,in the process of working,it detects the brake pressure through the rubber balloon in the valve body,then according to the size of the brake pressure to relax or brake wheels.so as to prevent the locking effect.Electronic ABS system compared with mechanical type,structure more complex volume more small,main constitute parts constitute for round speed sensor,wire,CPU,brake and LED,in electronic ABS system work process,first,all sensor sent measurement to CPU,then according to sensor measurement of signal,CPU sent control signal to ABS controller by some algorithm and control engine torque output.Because electronic ABS system can sent different intensity of signal to each wheel based on different circumstances,to provide different braking force,so electronic ABS system can allot braking force more reasonable,greatly reducing Vehicle deflection,spin and flick in critical moment,so as to achieve the aims of prevention.This paper based on the previous work,combine with vehicle dynamics,to optimize and study on ABS system by controlling slip rate.Firstly,this paper introduce a brief history of the development of automobile ABS system,and analysis the research and application of the ABS system,then study a new control method and technology for automobile ABS system.Automobile ABS system is a time-varying nonlinear system,Sliding Mode Control can solve external disturbances,so establish ABS system dynamics mode(Vehicle dynamics model,tire model,controller model,brake model and motor model)by using Sliding Mode Control and use saturated function method to eliminate chattering.In addition,this paper uses offline calculation based on LuGre model to find the best slip rate in Anti-lock braking system.Last design a Intelligent Sliding Mode Controller by using Neural network algorithm and Sliding Mode Control.The Simulation in the MATLAB shows the Intelligent Sliding Mode Controller is better than other common sliding mode controller.
