The concept of an offshore floating storage and regasification unit(FSRU) has been proposed as alternatives to conventional onshore LNG import terminals. The study of LNG regasification module, is the key elements to meet the construction of LNG receiving station on the sea.LNG-FSRU is a kind of LNG receiving terminal forms on the sea, Nowadays, it is gradually applied in the engineering, as it has many advantages compared with the land terminals. The LNG Regasification module is the key function module to the LNG-FSRU. In the limited space,how to determine process, plan system layout, allot functional areas, coordinate design is the comprehensive design ideas. LNG regasification module can heat the LNG into normal temperature of natural gas, through the gas transmission pipeline to users.The article mainly study the calculation,analysis and optimization of the main structure of the LNG-FSRU regasification module is presented in this dissertation, which provides the related reference for the LNG-FSRU design in our country.Through the analysis of the world and the market situation of LNG industry in China and nearly three years of the Marine engineering equipment scientific research project, guide to show the important role. direction to the development of Marine engineering equipment industry in our country, and Marine engineering equipment for the development of national economyAccording to the corresponding rules, the structure strength of the main structure of the LNG-FSRU regasification module are analyzed using SACS finite element analysis software.Because the strength margin of some local structures of the LNG-FSRU regasification module is comparatively large, the local structures need optimization and adjustment,and to lighten its weight under the premise of the rules.The analysis of the work principle and process to the regasification module, combined with principle of layout optimization, and the layout adjustment of module equipment, could provide experience about design and construction of the LNG-FSRU main structure for our country, with the significative value of engineering application. |
