Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving, and high reliability.As the executing agency is widely used in the field of robotics motor drive control,machining and traditional textiles. Especially in recent years with the rapid development of electric vehicles and air-conditioning,making the development of the promotion of permanent magnet synchronous motors enter a new era.The paper is based on TI company's DSP28335 chip,senstrol 60CB020 C type motor as the control object, AC servo system were discussed.Specific work are as follows.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the project, structure and operating principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor, detailed mathematical modeling of it.After comparison of the different advanced control strategies,determined based on vector control,select id=0 control method,and then discusses SVPWM core application rules.Secondly design three closed-loop,traditional PI is used in current loop,and sliding model control is adopted in speed loop and position loop, and conduct simulation of the above design with the help of Matlab/Simulink platform,then it provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the actual system.Hardware design,system hardware circuit section comprises a main control circuit,PWM signal isolation drive circuit,DSP periphery circuit,signal detection and protection circuit and various auxiliary circuits.etc.Software design,software part introduces development environment firstly,then design flowchart with dividing modules,preparation of completion of the program. Finally line debugging, test results obtained in this design of the system.
