As industrial automation degree is increasing day by day, the electric servo system is putforward more and more high performance requirements. AC Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) is used more and more widely because of its superior performance. It is very important toresearch and develop high performance permanent magnet ac servo system.The purpose of this paper is to research the dynamic performance of digital PMSM servo system.Firstly, the permanent magnet synchronous servo system development situation is introduced, and themathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established. Then the vector controlscheme based on rotor magnetic field oriented is determined, and the permanent magnet ac speedservo system vector control simulation model is completed based on MATLAB/Simulink. UsingBang-Bang PID control with differential feedback and sliding mode control to improve conventionalPID controller, the simulation and experimental results indicate that the improved PID control andsliding mode controller can effectively improve dynamic response performance of the system. At thesame time, in this paper, the motor rotational inertia identification method is studied and improved.And the traditional acceleration and deceleration method is improved.On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation,a experimental platform of1.5KW digitalpermanent magnet AC motor servo control system is set up using TI’s DSP-TMS320LF2407as thecontrol core, and intelligent power module IPM7MBP50RA060B of IR company as the powerinverter unit. And the system software is completed in assemble language. Through system debugging,the main experiment waveforms are given, and the controller is optimized according to the test results.The simulation and experimental results show that the servo system has good dynamic and staticperformance.
