| In recent decades, our country’s urban roads has been an unprecedented development, and solved a lot of cities problems of transport facilities. However, Limited land resources of the city,leading to contradictory urban road construction and land resources development more prominent,especially as this mountain city of Guiyang. Therefore,how to do a scientific and rational traffic regulation had been our contemporary scholars’ mission. The root of scientific and rational to plan urban road traffic must be advanced and mature theoretical ideas as a guide. When performing a complex transportation network study, modeling and simulation is an effective method. TransCAD and Vissim road traffic planning software are commonly used as macro and microscopic in urban road traffic planning. This article use the both software for studying urban road traffic planning.1. Firstly, select the region of the old town and planning Guiyang 1.5 Central part as the study of TransCAD to predict the amount of the target road. With the software platform to establish the appropriate model, forecasting has not established, and traverse the context of Guiyang 1.5 ring study area road network traffic flow in the target year by classic "four stages" approach. Among them, Target road section is part of the road and its surrounding Guiyang Yan’an South Road, and the 1.5 ring cross the Yan’an South Road parallelly.2. By means of the forecasting traffic flow of the target road, relying on the major projects of Guiyang 1.5 ring by Yan’an south road, and do some simulating and evaluating from comparing data on Yan’an Road, for single-layer model road(Not established Guiyang 1.5 Ring)and two-tier model road(established Guiyang 1.5 Ring)by Vissim simulation software.3. According to the comparison data for both roads model of Yan’an south road by the two traffic planning software, further analysis the influence of the road intersection to establish the ground floor elevated ramp and without ground ramp. At the same time, given the positive impact of the establishment of Guiyang 1.5 Ring to the development of urban roads, as demonstrated in the case of urban land resources are limited, two-tier road mode will become an important way of urban transport development. |
