In recent years, with the enhancement of overall national strength, vessel market related to national defense construction for power marine host, especially in high-speed high-power diesel engine appeares strong demand. However, Our country self-designed diesel engine is little so the development about the coastal country to ocean country greatly affected. According to the urgent need for power equipment and technology to enhance the level, we first need research and optimization analysis technical parameters about 16PA6 STC diesel engine put into use,on the one hand, to ascertain the effect of some important parameters adjusted on the diesel engine i, on the other hand, the conditions allow optimal setting parameters to improve the capacity of the diesel engine, while providing parameter basisfor the development of new models 16PA6 MPC. In this paper, GT-POWER engine analysis software is used for marine diesel engines 16PA6 STC modeling and simulation, combined with the bench test data validation and analysis the accuracy of the overall model, and change the valve overlap angle, injection timing parameter analysis parameters on diesel engine impact indicators, while the diesel emissions qualitative analysis to predict nitride and soot emission trends. Considering diesel power, economy and emissions, proper parameters selected provide reference for optimizing engine performance and study new models.Specific contents are as follows:1) Introduces the research background and significance of this subject, grasp the development process of the diesel engine simulation and comparative analysis of the zero-dimensional combustion model, quasi-dimensional multi-zone combustion model, the multidimensional scope of combustion models. Diesel model for the entire detailed analysis, including the in-cylinder combustion process, heat transfer model and the intake and exhaust, intercooler model, turbocharger models for subsequent turbocharged diesel engine provides theoretical support for the analysis.2) Analysis several marine working system of diesel engine 16PA6 STC, grasp the main operation structure. On the basis of simplification Simulate model: Cylinder working process model uses a quasi-dimensional model; intake, exhaust pipe flows calculated uses a one-dimensional unsteady finite volume method; according to the equilibrium conditions of the compressor and turbine, establish a turbocharger model. Simulation on the calibration conditions(1050r / min, power 5184kW), combining the bench test data verify the accuracy of the model.3) Analysis the parameters set about the structure of the valve overlap angle and injection timing on qualitative and quantitative, the analysis of simulation results improve specific parameters diesel engine capacity, taking into account the fuel injection timing and fuel injection quantity of nitrogen parameter changes effect on compounds and soot emissions. After considering the requirements and targets comparing the diesel engine, the original machine valve overlap angle is unnecessary to optimize injection timing to increase 1 ° CA, appropriate to reduce the amount of fuel injection 0.06 g.
