Guizhou locat in the northern part of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, The distribution of Karst widely in this area, often due to underlying bedrock with a wavy motion, the Cave, the Grike and so on. Such bad geological phenomenon let the building foundation nonuniform. When high-building located in such areas, there will be nonuniform settlement, even the building will slant or be fractured. So,in this paper we base on an Engineering example proposed that let the Pile Post-Grouting and The Deformation Controller together, to solve the problems above. And practice has proved that good results. This article focuses on the following six areas:(1)Proposed engineering background and significance of this topic, introduce the research status of the Pile Post Grouting and The Deformation Controller.(2)Introduced the mechanism of different grouting, and analyzed the factors which influenced the soil.(3)Based on the calculation grouting pile bearing behavior of domestic and foreign scholars, summary the results which applicable for now.(4)Expound the structure and the theory of the Deformation Controller.(5)Relying a project in Guiyang, to solve the problem that one building located in a special place, proposed that let the Pile Post-Grouting and The Deformation Controller together. Through field test and monitoring measurement, we proved the Pile Post-Grouting and The Deformation Controller not only improved the pile bearing capacity, but also reduce the difference between the piles.(6)In this paper numerical simulation is adopted, this test the pile bearing capacity and the settlement, make a contrast.
